Nail luv i must bid you farewell– Kathi, my long time nail tech has serviced me solely, since 07. For nails, I find one person and if they are good I stick with them. I’ll even follow you wherever you are if you’re a reasonable distance away. So recently I was told there would be no more appointments on Thursday just walk in clients. Feeling some kinda way about that since I’ve rode with them since they started up. But okay, I walked in on a Thursday with no appointment. I was looking for Kathi and asked for her. Kevin, the owner told me in a nasty tone«she not here!» At first I was like«who tf he talking to… def not me»? However, I took a deep breath and said ok, I’ll just get a mani and a eyebrow wax. One of the ladies who did my mani tried to make conversation and was very pleasant, however she kept getting interrupted by Kevin– who was talking in Vietnamese language. I turned to him and asked that he be professional and concentrate on his own client and keep those comments to himself. After the mani was over, I noticed I still had some hangnails and my nails needed buffing… ugh I just rolled on to get my wax. Met Kim who had done my toes in July because Kathi was sick. She did my immediately begins to tell me how good the girl was who did my nails. Im like«who her» «are you kidding me»? I told her I would stick with Kathi when she returns. Kim said she wasn’t returning anytime soon and she was sick. By this time Kim had finished the brows or so I thought. Again-less than stellar service. At this point I went to Kelly-the owner to ask her what’s up with the substandard service. It was Thursday morning@9am, not like they’re extremely busy and 4 girls were not busy at all. Kelly said Kathi was sick and may not be back to work. I told her I was sad to hear that but she needs to address what happened with me and the lackluster performance by her staff. She’s looking crazy and I’m starting to look at her crazy too. Then she started talking Vietnamese. I asked her to“kill the language if u can’t talk in English” As a client for almost 7 yrs, NEVER had a bad experience… until now. I told her to ring me up cuz I’m out and never going back! Sometimes a great day turns out to be not so great. Sad to hear about Kathi but gotta keep it moving. On to the next

I went to Nail Luv in Stockbridge Ga today, I went yesterday but the lady that does lashes said come back tomorrow, I asked how much is it for lashes and eyebrow arch she said, 25.00 for lashes and 7.00 for eyebrow. Well I went back today and it was a terrible experience, I told her I wanted individual lashes she said I can do, so Im sitting in the chair she started putting on the lashes I asked are those individual lashes once again she said yes, I’ve been getting my lashes done for two yrs, I just relocated to Stockbridge Ga from Ft. Bragg NC. When I saw my lashes I said these cant be individual, she kept saying yes they are, so the lady at the register said you like I said no, then the lady that put those horrible lashes on me said it 30.00.I said you told me 25.00 yesterday them she started speaking Chinese, I paid the 30.00 because I knew I would never be back and I hope no one goes there for lashes or eyebrow arch. I was parked in front of Nail Luv, sat in my car and I took off those terrible lashes they were looking out the window, I WILLNEVERGOBACKTHEREAND I WOULDNOTRECOMMENTHISPLACETOANYONEFIRSTTHESERVICEISHORRIBLEANDTHEYWILLNOTSTANDBYWHATTHEYQUOTEYOU… HORRIBLESERVICE!!!

I’ve been a customer of this nail salon for over two years. Their work is good and manicures/pedicures last a long time. The reason I’m giving this salon a low review is the wait time. For the past year, I’ve been making appointments with Kathy for my services. It is not uncommon for me to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time to be serviced. On my last visit I had to request another technician to start my pedi because my Kathy was still working on another client. No problem, I can deal with that. But after she finished that client, Kathy decided to take a walk in client because I was getting my toes polished. I told her that was unacceptable because my appointment was an hour ago and I waited for her to finish up with her first client. She could have started prepping my nails while I was finishing up my toe polish as she has done in the past. Now, I would have to wait ANOTHER45 — 60 minutes for my mani. Oh NO! I told her that Im very disappointed especially because I’ve been a client of hers for two years. I paid for my pedi and walked out. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Nail Luv in Stockbridge again.
