Eagle’s Landing OB/GYN

I had a good visit. Clean and almost no wait time. Dr. cruz was great, professional, felt comfortable since she also spoke Spanish. Not sure why the bad reviews.

I have been going to Eagles Landing for one reason and one reason only and that is b/​c of Dr. Deborah Haynes!
She has been my doctor probably for the past 7 years now and I just love her. The staff is ok and the wait sometimes can be long but Dr. Haynes ALWAYS takes her time with you and answers all questions you may have. she performed surgery back in 2012 and I was pleased. She explained everything to me and even gave me the option to go to another doctor if I wanted a different procedure done that she did not perform. She came to visit me a couple times while in the hospital after surgery and that made me very happy. Her follow-​up may be a bit slow so I did call a lot to get some results or certain things but in the end she cares about your well being. I now live in NYC and still go to ATL just to see her.

the other posts that you see are very old. in my opinion this place is wonderful. it’s huge but they have a wonderful system. they are polite, caring, and fast. who wants to wait in a dr office for hours. you wont at this place. i am recommending this place to others. thank you eagle’s landing ob gyn!!!

In spite of the other complaints, I went against their suggestions and visited this «practice.» For the past 3 years, I’ve made my annual visits with Dr. Cruz and she was fairly pleasant and performed a decent job, but I never had any major medical needs. I actually agreed to a 8am appt (very early for me-​teacher on summer break) just to see her. Until today– I’ve never felt as humiliated and embarrassed by a doctor before in my life. I will save the story because I don’t want to further degrade myself, but please avoid this «practice» at all costs.

This has got to be the worst place of its kind in this state. They will NEVER get back to you, you have to keep calling them, and when they do they are short and rude like you’re bothering them. The nurses in particular are let’s just say not very bright, and the have no manners whatsoever. And oh, yeah, make sure you have cancelled everything that day cause you’ll wait.
It is hard to avoid this place if you’re in the area, but if there is something important that you want to visit ab ob/​gyn for, please find another one. This place has caused me so much grief and frustration it is unconscionable…

If you live on the Southside and you need a new «girl» doctor… Don’t ever book an appointment here.
I went to them a few times… Without going into the details of my medical treatment… Suffice it to say that I found their response, timeliness and preventative care lacking…
I now visit a doctor in the Midtown area… Who is wonderful… When it comes to your health… Drive anywhere you can get the best care possible… Don’t settle on this place…
