I don’t even know where to start because I have never left a negative review for a doctor’s office. Let’s start with the positives. It is a beautiful and clean facility and they tend to play 104.7 the FISH, so immediately, I thought my appointments would be good. The front desk staff was always decent, so no real complaints there and the wait time is good. As a health speclist myself as well as one who has operates a clinic, there are things I look for right away. #1) know my case history before you come in a see me. That’s why we have charts and complete a medical history form. #2) Please don’t blow off the fact that I have had cancer(stage IV) at that and a lot of chemotherapy and act like my concerns are regular concerns. I just felt like the doctor that I saw, never tried to obtain real trust, never really tried to know me or my history. I felt rushed and have talked to the nurse more times than the doctor, who has never returned calls when I have asked to speak to the doctor. Today the nurse seemed more annoyed at the fact that I didn’t want to travel an hour and 45 minutes to get a test that they can do in the office and it is only 15 minutes away. She kept trying to tell me her story about what the test did for her 18 years ago and not hear my reason of why I didn’t want to travel so far. She was rude in a condescending way and has made me decide to never go here again. There is a sense of that these people just do not care. I am looking for a place where I can trust my doctors BC I want long time doctors and care I can trust. This is not the place. I should have believed the reviews but wanted to give it a chance myself. Chance given… continuity of care transferred.

Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. Please don’t review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you’re connected in any way to the owner or employees. Please stay away from this establishment. Do not let the appearance fool you. I had an ablation done by a doctor in this office in October 2015. At first, I thought everything was ok. I called 2 weeks ago with some complications from the procedure. I was told by the nurse that maybe I had an infection and she called some medication to my pharmacy over the phone. On today, I called due to me being in serious pain and some complications that sounds serious enough for me to be seen by the doctor. However, I was told there was a lock on my account and I cannot be seen until a balance of $ 300 was settled due to the procedure. I explained to the lady that I made a payment on last week and was told that I am making payments to their office at least every two weeks. I was told by the rude business office lady that«Yes, you can make payment arrangements, however, you will not be seen until the balance is paid in full or a significant amount of money is paid». I was stunned. Here is it in, I am in excruciating pain, signs of a serious infection, but I cannot see my doctor until the balance is paid in full. Even my family doctor was stunned. I am making payments on the $ 300 balance, which was $ 900 in October 2015. Therefore, as you can see, I am making payments. Now, I have to result to the ER just to get checked out and then find another OBGYN to go. THISPLACESUCKSANDISALLABOUT A DOLLAR. My health is at stake and could be a sign of a mistake that the doctor made, but I have to $ 0 balance before I can be seen. I am writing this review on this page and I am going to write reviews to the BBB and everywhere else telling them about this place. I am sitting in the ER as I type this. The doctor, here at the ER, said he never heard of such thing, however, he is not surprised. Not every doctor is for your health, but your money. Please make sure you stay clear of this place.

Love this doctors office! I was seen as a first time patient same day when I experienced a miscarriage in 2014. This year being pregnant has been an awesome experience Dr. Singh and Dr. Cornelius are awesome never a long waiting room wait maybe 10 mins tops. However Amanda Dial I do not care for wait time is always 30+ minutes waiting in a room to be seen for 2 – 5 mins and she likes to rush through appointment. Dr(s) Singh and Cornelius are very informative

Terrible service after you get pass the counter here. Do not be fooled by this places’ looks, they are deceiving. The doctors are rude. They are disorganized and have no sense of compassion for clients. Stay AWAY!!!

I transferred from my GYN of 15 years to WHS because the location is significantly closer to where I live now. The office itself is really beautiful; it feels more like a spa than a doctor’s office when you walk in! The front desk staff was also very friendly. I had to wait an hour to get back to see the doctor; not necessarily uncommon, but I’d hoped for better. When the doctor finally came in, she seemed VERY rushed. I assumed it was just one of those days, and didn’t let it bother me. However, I spoke with my mom a week later(she had also transferred doctors), and she said her experience was the same — she felt that the doctor hardly had any time for her. The final straw was when I called the doctor for a Rx refill last week. Because of the nature of the Rx, the nurse said she would need to speak with the doctor for confirmation before ordering the refill. I waited from Thursday to Monday, and didn’t hear back from the nurse. I called again on Tuesday morning and left a message, then on Tuesday afternoon, finally bypassing the nurse’s line and calling the front desk. I was told again that they were waiting to hear from the doctor, and that I would get a call first thing Wednesday morning. On Wednesday afternoon, still having heard nothing, I went in person to the office. After waiting for 15 minutes, I was invited back to speak with the nurse in person, who told me the doctor wouldn’t refill my Rx; instead she wanted me to see a specialist. I wasn’t terribly upset at that recommendation, but I WAS upset by how unbelievably rude the nurse was. She kept interrupting me, and literally raised her voice to me and said, «if you’d just waited I would have called you.» When I expressed concern that it had taken nearly a week to get a response, and then only after I showed up in person, she said very aggressively, «you don’t seem to understand how busy we are here. It can take the doctor 5, 10, sometimes 21 days or longer to respond to a message. She addresses patient needs according to what is most important.» Message received, loud and clear. I won’t be back. A fancy lobby can’t make up for horrible attitudes and a total lack of caring service.
