Certified Transmissions

I had to take my car here a few years back. HUGE mistake. They had my car for 6 weeks, returned it twice, claiming it was fixed and only FINALLY fixed the car after my Dad went to speak with the employees there. It all started out friendly enough. The guy at the front desk was very friendly, they were the cheapest around to fix transmissions. After the first attempt to return my still broken car to me, I informed the guy that the transmission was still jerking. He acted very annoyed that I brought my car back. Pretty idiotic. The second time, the same deal. The transmission still was not shifting correctly. Both myself and my Mom dealt with the guy. I hate to say he didn’t take us seriously because of our gender, but it seems odd to me things weren’t resolved until my Dad stepped in. Because it took them so long to fix my car, naturally I requested that they pay for me to have a rent a car. Six weeks?! That’s a pretty ridiculous amount of time to expect someone to wait for car repair. After much badgering and a lot of attitude on their part, they did relent and compensated me for a rental car. All in all, this place was a real nightmare and total headache.
I would not recommend. To my worst enemy.
