This is a place that I frequent. Meatloaf and porkchops are so good I’m never let down by the main lunch course I can’t speak for the sides sometimes tho… but mainly go for the huge chop or loaf anyway. Oh and those biscuits arr the bees knees!

The staff was super awesome and very attentive. You can tell it used to be a Chinese buffet at one point but they have made the conversion homey and comfortable. The pancakes were fluffy, the french toast was devoured by our kids. They served syrup and powdered sugar automatically with the pancakes and french toast. The sausage patties are not high quality sausage but they cook it just right for what it is with a delicious crisp on the outside that makes it tasty. They use margarine instead of butter which is a downside for us but to each their own :-) The prices are friendly and they offer a lunch deal that’s amazing $ 5.99 for a meat and two sides with corn muffin and it includes the drink. We ate breakfast but lunch will be our next adventure here.

I wanted to try someplace different for breakfast, so I looked on Unilocal and found this place. I called and placed my order to go. The associate said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived there in about 10 minutes and my order was ready… they even asked if I needed some water to go, wow! I thought by the time I got home I would have had to warm my food up, but it was still hot, and EVERYTHING was delicious. I ordered the breakfast special with a side of grits w/cheese. Very, very good and filling. I will be back!

My wife and I have eaten here many times and it is our favorite local breakfast place. They have a cafeteria style lunch line serving things like meatloaf, mashed potatoes, etc. They also have a menu you can order from with all the usual breakfast items. One thing I very much value is that they make it clear that they want our business. We go to so many restaurants where they act like we are an imposition. Not here. I always feel like I get my money’s worth too. And my best tip of the day, try the peach cobbler… if you can get it. It’s the best we have ever had.

Four stars for the service. It was pleasant. The food was cooked to order and to my specifications.(Im a little picky) lol Only four starts because for breakfast it was a little pricey. Loved the décor. It was unique. Will definitely visit again.

First time here and the food is great! Grits are top notch, crisp bacon and good pancakes. Everything came out hot and cooked perfectly.

The place is interesting which is not necessarily a good thing but they do have a nicer tasting pancake than IHop and the prices are great.

Frozen, food service biscuit that had been sitting in a steam table and was soggy on the bottom. Single link breakfast sausage split in half(I asked for a red hot link, but whatever). Scrambled eggs were good, but I expected more(a LOT more) from a $ 3+ biscuit. The frozen biscuit scares me off trying lunch. Those kind of short cuts don’t speak well for the entire operation

I gave this place a try and will never go back to IHOP or waffle house. The food is great and fresh. Prices are lower then the franchise places and waitresses are nice. Their peach cobbler they serve at lunch is best I ever had. The peaches aren’t DRENCHEDINSUGAR like most places cook their deserts.

Love this place! Easily my favorite place in Stockbridge. The portions are huge and delicious. I always get breakfast but the lunch is fantastic too. The interior is a little strange but the food and the staff more than make up for it. I’ve never had anything but a stellar experience here and I’m always excited to go back.

I waited after the 3rd visit before writing a review. Food and service is good. Grits had a good flavor and consistency and eggs scrambled soft not hard.

Our favorite breakfast standby. Consistently good good, great service(thanks Heather and Angela), reasonable prices. Lunch buffet is the best value as the portions are weirdly huge. :)

I really enjoy eating here every time because the service is nice and friendly, the food is great snd you really can’t beat the prices. Whether it’s the southern style lunch buffet or ordering from the regular menu, breakfast and lunch both are always available and fresh. The omelets are huge and to die for. Also be sure and try the hash browns.

I had a rare moment of enough time for a sit down breakfast. I had avoided this place because of a bad experience at the same building about 17 years ago. Totally different restaurant and totally different people. About today’s visit: really good! I was greeted by a friendly hostess and I was told to sit anywhere. I was shortly thereafter given a menu. My server was pleasant and friendly. Another server also helped, and it was nice to see wait staff working together to serve customers. I ordered my two egg breakfast with smoked sausage. Along with the protein came home fries and toast. Add to that water and a cup of joe and I had a very good breakfast. It is not gourmet fare, but it is good food. I will be back.

I came here not knowing what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was really good, everything so tasty. Everyone in our party ate everything we ordered, no one had any complaints, and we all agreed that we’ll be returning again and again ;), so that says a lot. The place is spacious inside, casual, wasn’t crowded, and clean. Our waitress gave exceptional service. BTW– if I’m not mistaken; breakfast is served until closing, so no need to rush. They also have a lunch menu.

I have to hand it to these guys. That was a really good breakfast. They also have a lunch counter where you can get a good, old-fashioned meat & three(or two). But I stick with the breakfast. Give me fresh eggs on warm biscuits, and I’m a happy man.(Or maybe a not-too-heavily-fried chicken breast on a biscuit.) Other folks seemed to be enjoying a variety of breakfast items here. On the one hand, it’s breakfast. But on the other hand: man that was a really, really good breakfast.

Okay so the food is great and the portions rival something from a Flintstones cartoon. We completely enjoyed the food and the staff was as friendly as could be with the most diverse crowd I have seen in such a restaurant. This location was originally opened as a Thai restaurant and still resembles one greatly on the inside, down to the koi pond at the entrance. It was a little strange if not surreal eating a GREAT southern breakfast(the food is amazing) in an obviously oriental setting. It appears if they have a lunch menu and a lunch buffet, I will have to try this at a later date.
