Ever since I found out about this place I keep coming back for new things to fill up my home. Well I guess you can see that from the number of Check-In’s I have at this place. The seasonal items are in the front of the store as Joe R pointed out, I like coming here after the holiday is done. You can find some pretty good deals and have these items for next year.

The store is well organized and has a seasonal section at the front of the store. We usually walk around the perimeter every now and then to try and get a few ideas for decorating the house. Most of their décor is a little too kitschy for me, but on occasion, you’ll find a gem that works well with your particular taste. We hit up the seasonal stuff last, which is usually what we went there for in the first place. Head there this Christmas and see if you can find a few good items. I don’t think you’ll walk outta there without at least one thing that caught your eye!

Bought 2 decorative pillows in September. Got them home and realized the color is all wrong. Intended to exchange the pillows but ended up in the hospital. By the time I was able to get back to the store to exchange the receipt had expired one day earlier. Same pillows still being sold at the same price — Garden Ridge refused to exchange. — You idiots threw away a 15 year faithful customer over $ 15 bucks and a 24 hr technicality.
No big loss to me. Your product offering has changed anyway and not for the better either. No more Made in USA anything anymore.

This was my first trip to the Stockbridge Garden Ridge and I was surprised by the overall disparity between the Garden Ridge stores in the Atlanta area. I have visited other stores, the Lithonia location most recently, and the Stockbridge store was much better across the board. All the stores carry very similar inventories (I would say that there is at least a 95% match) but Stockbridge was organized, well stocked, and the layout was more conducive to finding what I needed.
If you have never been to a Garden Ridge before, try going to the Stockbridge store first. It is a good way to kill a few hours and you might be surprised at the items they carry (and the low prices they carry them at). My new Garden Ridge is Stockbridge — well worth the drive!

I tried to call the store yesterday to see if they carry large clay pots. I know most of their stuff is cheap plastic crap, but I thought I would give it a shot. There is no way to get an actual employee on the phone. Everytime you hit a selection, it just tells you that you have to come into the store and they don’t take phone calls. What is the point in having a phone number if you’re not willing to speak to customers? I’ll take my business elsewhere.
