Dunkin’ Donuts

Went to the Stirling location for coffee and a donut after completing the DD survey, however, I was told by the cashier they would not honor it because I was refilling a DD cup. The offer says you must purchase a medium or large beverage to qualify for a free donut, but the cashier thought it was better business to take the coffee and throw out. They usually have very good customer service and I will keep going to DD just maybe not this location.

I still love this Dunkin. They made me a custom donut on my birthday, and it doesn’t get much better than that.

If u can get past the swarm of smokers with their pick up trucks, cb radios, and curse-​filled conversations out front, the coffee is ok, mostly due to high turnover. If u are ordering more than one coffee, best to just state the order one at a time bc the employees will only ask u to repeat the order over and over if u order more than one!

There’s two Dunkins I went to all the time growing up in Green Brook and attending Watchung Hills Regional High School. The one at Pheasant Run in Warren, and this one here in Valley Mall. I must say this DD has improved and maintained their status of consistent positive service through the years. I currently live in San Diego, but when I visit, this is my «go to» Dunkin. The people working here are very friendly and prompt with your order. They also maintain a very clean interior. Not to mention I absolutely LOVE their coffee. I basically have a crush on this DD.

I am very partial to this DD. I live in the area and frequent this DD often. It’s fall now which is my favorite time at DD because they make so many things with pumpkin, or pumpkin flavored like doughnuts, flavored coffees, lattes etc. I wish pumpkin was around all year long.
The staff is always friendly, and makes my coffee just the way i like it. This place can get very busy if you hit it first thing in the morning. Like any coffee or bagel shop on a work weekday, a little patience goes a long way. This is a small DD but everything i get here always taste freshly baked. They have a nice parking lot which makes it easy to get in and out. If you are in the area i would recommend that you stop in for a hot or cold drink and a freshly made doughnut or two.

This is probably the DD that I frequent the 2^nd most. There is nothing special about this particular DD but nothing completely terrible, either. The issue I have with this one is that I always seem to be in here a lot longer than other DD’s. I always feel like I am spending extra time in this one — for whatever reason, they always seem to have trouble with your order. This particular DD is also incredibly small and there are only a few tables, so you are best off just getting your stuff to go and getting in and out.
The finished product here is still great, but don’t expect to be in and out in a jiffy…

My favorite DD! Wish they were this fast and friendly back in MD. You would expect the opposite right?
Mu cousin lives nearby, we come here daily, sometimes twice a day, and they are always on point with service. They don’t mind making the customer happy, so nice to see now-​a-​days.
