Dunkin’ Donuts

One star is too much too high. The past 6 months they have completely failed 80% of the times I have been there. My simple request 1 medium light and sweet. This is a basic request. You can see the disorganization all over once you walk in.

This location is located right off of US-​22 West in North Plainfield. Unlike the Fanwood location, there’s a reasonable amount of parking spaces here. Finding a spot and leaving the lot was never an issue. That was good.
The structure of the building was very circular. Inside was a very limited amount of tables and chairs for patrons to enjoy their coffees and/​or bagels and donuts. The staff members behind the counter had very nice attitudes when they served myself and other patrons. I didn’t have to wait very long for my drink, which was very good.
Speaking of my drink, I ordered a medium Chips Ahoy iced coffee for the hot day. While the appearance of the drink didn’t look very appealing, the taste was right there. I was able to picture the classic chocolate chip cookie every time I took a sip of this, because it tasted like one! I do recommend this flavor to anyone who enjoys munching on chocolate chip cookies.
I do take one star away because they ran out of receipt paper. That wasn’t very convenient for those who needed to keep track of their expenses every time they paid with plastic. Overall this is a very good location. This review is as long as it’s going to go for someone who bought iced coffee to go.

I miss upstate New York and our drive-​thru Dunkin’s, as there are not many around here, but I’m pleased with this establishment. As I’m not a coffee drinker, I only seem to frequent Dunkin’s in the winter time for my hot cocoa’s periodically. Hot cocoa is better here than most places, including Starbucks. Simply can’t be beat! Ask for whip cream-​it doesn’t disappoint! Staff are friendly and place is clean. Can’t complain :)
