Let me preface this by saying I like Chili’s. I visited on a Sunday afternoon. I sat in the bar and noticed half the restaurant wasn’t being seated because there wasn’t enough staff.
My bartender was taking orders from the entire bar and was the waiter/​server for the seating area surrounding the bar. In between running back and forth from his tables to the bar, he also was making drinks for the entire restaurant,
My food took forever to come out, once the food arrived (burger), I noticed my fries were cold (I can hardly blame the bartender who was stretched beyond being physically able to do his job), and the burger did not have the onion rings it was supposed to have nor the side of sauce that came with it.
I tipped the poor fellow well, but am not happy with the kitchen staff or management for their terrible handling of the schedule. Other folks seated at the bar mentioned this was a typical experience and referred me elsewhere for my next burger craving,

Just cannot go anymore and have management issues ruin our evening. Waited 25 minutes. Another group that came in later seated in our spot. Management says they thought we left! No apology and said we could wait another 30 minutes. Corporate– are you listening?

Got served with Chicken. I am a pure vegetarian. My friends ordered egg roles. I asked the waiter several times if has any meat in it. He said no. Took a bite and got chicken. Took me a few days to shake of that feeling of eating meat :) I know it’s just a manual error and I didn’t want to make a scene, so just stopped eating and left once my friends were done with their dinner. I showed the chicken to the waiter and he was speechless for a minute and said it can’t be.

We go there often. Sometimes have problems with service and other times, it’s great. Food is always good. I love their California Club and Chicken Nachos. Spouse really likes Big Mouth Bites. Usually really clean.

First time here in Stilly.
Nice welcoming and very good ambience.
It’s very good for kids as they will have access to game station right on the table.
Service is good and prompt
As there wee very few people present.
Food is very good and tasty but not really worth for money as the prices are comparatively very high.
Chicken enchilada soup is an excellent start.
Overall I recommend it. But little expensive.

Excellent service, busy Saturday, large group with us today, had about five minute wait.
Bar service and apps brought out quickly with frequent refills offered. Our table ordered entrees and food came out quickly, cooked well, burgers as requested medium well, and doggy bags for left overs.

I have been in Stillwater for 9 months now for a project for work and visit this establishment on a regular basis. The food and drinks never disappoint, and the staff is nothing short of awesome!

Pour service, ordered the lunch soup and salad my soup came out 10min before my salad and the person I was eating with meal. He ordered the same thing. This place was not busy, maybe that should’ve been our sign not to eat here.

Unilocal was interesting this evening — when searching for restaurants in Stillwater, most of the restaurants listed were, in fact, in Stillwater — Stillwater, Minnesota that is! I wasn’t sure if I should blame Unilocal or Siri. Since Stillwater, OK is a rather small town we hopped in the van to see what we could find.
Somewhat disappointed in the Stillwater dining options, we finally landed at Chili’s. You know what I really appreciate about Chili’s? They have Coors Light on tap and it is always ice cold. And those baby-​back ribs they tout on TV are really quite good. Our server, an OSU student, was terrific and our meals hit the spot. While our quest for local fare didn’t pan out, our Chili’s Stillwater experience was great all-​around.

It’s Chili’s, so given that… the service and cleanliness at this location is quite nice and consistent. Noticed the menu has expanded yet again, so I tried one of their new pizzas. It was ok, not bad but not particularly great either. Now I feel bloated and greased out. The salsa is one of my favorites though, maybe it’s the gallon I consumed before my pizza that has me bloated.

Eh it’s Chili’s. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad restaurant, it’s just average. Pretty much like every other Chili’s. We normally get the triple dipper appetizer for our meal. It’s pretty good. I really enjoy the big mouth bites and southwest egg rolls. Tonight we ate there and got the fried cheese sticks for an appetizer. They were good, but the marinara sauce was cold. I’m not that big of a fan of cold marinara sauce, so that was kind of down putting. One thing I do really like the flavor of is the paradise pie. I’d definitely recommend that for a dessert if you are there. Is it the best dessert in the world? No, but it’s pretty good.
Overall, it’s Chili’s.
