I’ve been a regular customer at your store in Stevensons Ranch, ca. For five years. I go in this morning, and there are two people ahead of me. I’m told I’d be next after that. More people come in, and every time I get bumped back, being told ‘they booked online. After a 45 minute wait, and a total of 4 more people ahead of me, I walked out. You guys used to be great, I always was able to walk in and get a haircut within 15 minutes or so. If you don’t want walk ins any more you should at least tell people that. I dont see why all these people should have priority over me, when I’ve been waiting so long. Well, after five years I need to go find somewhere else to get my hair cut, as I sure don’t appreciate my regular business being treated like crap by your company. Don’t bother trying a ‘walk in’ here. Unless you appreciate being continually bumped.

I have been there 3 times and Melanie always does a great job! The third time I showed up (after about four months) I walked in and she said «hi Rick it’s good to see you again» it made me feel as good as the haircut I received once again! I always call in advance to make sure she’s working!

Ernie is the best! He listens and gets to know you and remembers everything. Ernie has been coloring, highlighting lowlighting and expertly cutting my hair for two years now and I have never left unhappy with the results. No frills salon, but they are always there when I need them.

COMPLETELY BUTCHERED MY HAIR!!!
I asked for an inch to be cut off my hair, and she cut it within an inch to the scalp. I literally had to put my hand on my head and ask her to stop cutting it. I never caught her name, but I will find out and add it later. I want to make sure nobody uses her.
I would like to say, «You get what you pay for», but in this case, not even that would be fair.

All three of us went in for simple haircuts. A 30-​minute wait for walk-​ins was normal on Fridays. We girls were happy with the 2 – 3 inch trims off our long tresses; the boy had a hair makeover to a crew cut from a long Justin Bieber-​like style.
The total bill was less than $ 50. Both hairdressers earned their 50% tip for cutting our hair so expertly, making appropriate conversations, and getting us out in about one hour.
Five stars!

Totally fucked us over.
About a month ago my wife inquired with the manager if they could put my daughter’s hair up in a bun before her ballet recital this morning. They were very accomodating and helpful, even doing a quick one to show my wife roughly how it’s done.
(Any guesses where this is going to end up?)
She contacted them last night to reconfirm the arrangement because our schedule was going to be tight this morning. Again they were very accomodating, telling us to just call ahead since they don’t do actual reservations.
(Can’t see this coming from a mile away? You must be new around here!)
So this morning we call and the manager is completely unaccomodating and rude, refusing any assistance whatsoever. I’ll have to amend the other branch’s rating as well.
