I recently had a gel manicure from a sweet lady named Marilyn. I loved the nails, best I’ve ever had! I will definitely go back to see her and become a regular client. Beautiful and clean salon!!!

I have been going to Marilyn for years and I am always ecstatically happy with my gel nails. She is so personable, her station is always immaculate, tools well sanitized, and she is ALWAYS willing to experiment on pictures that I bring in on how I want my nails. Marilyn does not rush through my time with her and is always so accommodating with my busy time schedule. She is a shining gem in the pool of manicurists. If you want FABULOUS nails, I highly recommend making an appointment with Marilyn.

We went to the salon to claim the gel manicure we bought from Groupon. There is only one person that does gel manicure. When I called for appointment for 2 people they didn’t tell me that there is only 1 person who does gel manicure. Their regular gel manicure is $ 35 as well as their pedicure it’s $ 35. A set of mani and pedi $ 70. It’s ridiculous. I can get it for $ 50 in an Asian salon. They don’t clean nails very well. They don’t remove cuticles. And it’s YUCKY because they don’t sterilize or sanitize their manicure and pedicure tools. For the service and price we got from the Innovation salon is totally a rip off. Dept of Health or sanitation should visit this salon. We will never come back and will never recommend the place.

Completely dissatisfied with the service. They are private contractors but the service is not professional. I would of been better of doing my own nails with their service. To top it all, they DO NOT sterilize their tools… Yuck! For the price i paid, it was completely NOT worth it.

This review is for Marilyn. I went in for a gel manicure and she did a great job! She’s very gentle and thorough. Would highly recommend :-) Price is reasonable too!

This review is for LINET! I have not gotten my nails or hair done here so I’m not sure of their services but everyone there is extremely sweet.
However, Linet is absolutely amazing. I can’t rave about her enough. I’ve been going to her for about 4 years now when she used to work at elegant shapes and have and will follow her wherever she goes. She is always booked so I recommend making an appointment with her if you can. She is extremely patient and takes her time and always makes sure you are satisfied with your eyebrows or any services you book with her!

If you need any kind of threading go here and see Linette. She is an artist! I have been seeing her for years for threading and eyelash extensions. She really takes pride in her work and actually cares about the outcome and whether or not you are happy (you will be happy every time!). I recommend her to all my friends and family and everyone who has used her has thanked me and become a faithful client. I will not let anyone else touch my brows!

Tabitha is amazing!!! I came in with newly done extensions they were too long for me so I wanted a cut. I was extremely skeptical at first to cut such expensive extensions but she did an AMAZING job! I couldn’t have thanked her more I definitely found my new stylist :)

This salon is amazing! Everyone is so friendly. Mandi did my hair and was incredible. I showed her a picture and she was able to do exactly what I wanted. Jessi assisted as well and was fantastic. Thanks innovations!

They fixed my horrible platinum blonde highlights super quick and at not that bad of a price, plus it came out turning absolutely wonderful and how I initially wanted it to be. Definitely coming back and recommending this place to a lot of people.

Love this place! I’ve been going to Innovations practically my whole life. The staff is amazing! You can book an appointment with any of the girls, you can’t go wrong. However, Jenelle is my girl and I completely trust her with my hair. (Which as you know, is a big deal). I recommend Innovations to any one that wants their hair cut or styled, makeup done, nails, and soon shopping in their boutique.

As soon as I walked in today the receptionist greeted me and asked me if I wanted water or coffee. I love that they apologized for the customer service the last time I was here, I appreciate it.
Linet who does eyebrows here, was amazing as always, she really understands eyebrows! She always makes them flatter my face, and she’s just such a professional. I will never go to anyone else.
I haven’t tried any other services here so I have no opinion I that.
If you’re thinking about getting your eyebrows threaded here I definitely recommended trying Innovations out :)

Ive come many times for different services… hair, nails skin care. everything! All was perfect except for the haircut. It was just average. But I will come back because maybe she was having a bad day that day. my hair wasn’t terrible it just wasnt as layered as I usually like. as I told her.

Great salon! I’ve gone in a few times and they always do a great job. My wife has been going here for years and always talks very highly of it. Her hair always looks awesome.

If there was an option to leave ZERO STARS, I would leave that. I purchased a spreebird deal aka groupon, so obviously Nannete needs the business. I called on multiple occasions to book a gel manicure and finally called the salon to pass a message along. She eventually graced me with a call letting me know she doesn’t take those deals anymore., then how did I have the deal with an expiration date that hasn’t passed yet? I’m actually happy I didn’t see her, her Unilocal reviews are terrible and her nail work is not attractive. The spreebird was a gift, and I’m happy I was refunded and treated myself elsewhere

Came to Lanette for eyebrow threading. She’s my eyebrow angel. She’s saved my eyebrows from botched job many time and I’ve finally learned my lesson and will only go to her now. I highly recommend her!!!

I don’t like giving nice people bad reviews, but if you’re contemplating a gel manicure with Marilyn or Nanette, I’d think again. I tried both ladies and while they are very nice women, the manicure barely lasted a week. Marilyn left a huge gap on the side of each nail and when I pointed it out, she wanted to use regular polish over it. Seriously? She also doesn’t go all the way up to the cuticle so it looks like it grows out a lot faster too. I was not happy with both gel manicures.

This review is for Marilynn for gel manicure at this salon. This is my second time with her (yes, I know, I know… I should have never gone back to her), and having said that first time she was running late and this time she was running late also. I am not talking about 5 – 10 minutes late.
I have a life and other pre-​engaged arrangements too, that’s why I made an appointment. She figured if she just apologized for being late, everything will be fine. Everything would have been had she called me back. She did not even bother to call me back even though I asked her to to schedule another time. I gave her a chance to call me back before writing this review to give her the benefit of the doubt. She did not call me back, so here is the truth.
She is just an ok manicurist. Her gel manicure will last barely a week and will start chipping away, does not even close to being compared with the other place where my gel manicure last a good two full weeks and longer (so sad that the other place is too far away). If you have time to wait and if you don’t mind her not being on time, then it is your choice if you want to go to her. Just thought I would let the people who are very punctual and want to deal with people who respect your time.

The salon looks great after being completely redone.

Jenny has been cutting my hair for years, and I’m always pleased with the results and experience. These are far and away the best haircuts I’ve ever had!
Quick service, reasonable prices, and great location. If you’re looking for a haircut, stop, and go to Innovations. You won’t regret it.
