Very disappointed. Tried to go for the first time in Dulles airport, in memorial weekend. The staff were disrespectful, I had to passes that had been sent to me when I opened the millage plus credit card. They said they are too busy and can’t let us in and we should try to go to the other lounge which was far from our gate. It was embarrassing as people were walking in they were telling us oh sorry we can’t let you in today, so we walked 10 mins to the other lounge although our gate was close to the first one. The 2nd lounge though, was even more disappointing, it was over crowded. There was a coffee machine, some cheese and salad. Very lousy! So was expecting a nice lounge and with great service but this was amazing! I have been to few other lounges before and the staff were nice and welcoming and they were much nicer. So don’t bother with this one.

Incredible, never saw such a lowsy airline lounge!!! Terminal C United Club is really crape, too crowded, seats are not comfortable and on top you pay for your alcoholoc beverages even with international business class ticket!!! I never saw that in my life!!!

One of the newly remodeled clubs, seems comfortable and spacious. But, I’m usually flying out in the evening. During business commute, life could be different. Snacks and beverages aplenty, and a good, stable wifi complete the package. Much better in here than out in the crowds near the gates…

It’s like the regular boarding area plus crackers and pop. When I went, it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The bathroom wasn’t as clean or as private as it should be in a lounge. Compared to other lounges, this one just doesn’t measure up. I don’t have to pay for it and I still didn’t want to be there. I left and went to another lounge.

One of the better United Clubs, and, unfortunately, one of the most crowded during all times of day. Possible to get some work done here, but expect the constant trudging around of people, knee-banging kids, and laptops swinging wildly by your face as you sit and enjoy comp beverages. Still, it is some relief from IAD’s noise and crowds, and the food and drinks here are among the best that United offers. Will return.

Very friendly staff, was here early am, not too people were in yet, nice little breakfast area with yogurt, fresh berries, bagel sticks, juice and latte/expresso machine… Nice place to chill instead of waiting at the gate with the crowd.

Friendly helpful staff, this club has been renovated and is quite comfortable. Fortunately I don’t have to pay for this perk any longer so you won’t hear me complaining about the free snacks or complimentary drinks or the big over size comfortable chairs. I also don’t have any issue with the semi-private work stations with plenty of electrical outlets or the clean restrooms. I’ve spent many hours in the terminal outside these clubs so when I have the opportunity to wait for my flight in a quite, relaxing setting I do, even though I’m not pampered or treated like royalty from the staff. Then again I’m just a normal person and don’t get that treatment anywhere else, even my limo driver makes me carry my own luggage after parking my private jet lol so I guess my expectations aren’t as high as some. I’m just glad coming here is a choice and I can choose not to if I feel the amenities are less than I can bare. I guess I could choose to sit at a smelly bar and be forced to listen to everyone’s travel issues or partake in the one star greasy food choices in the overpriced concourse restaurants verses taking this kind of punishment that I freely walked into and that I can freely walk out of.

Wish I would have read the reviews first. Just some chairs, cheese, crackers, fruit. Save your $$.

Typical w every United venue, staff is rude, unprofessional. Well actually I will say staff born in US. The staff of ethnic diversity is actually very nice, no wonder they are the ones tending bar. I came in late afternoon before my flight. Sure enough the old, weathered plane broke down so when I came back to wait it out. I told the ignorant, manner complacent, lady at the desk that I was here earlier. Her comment in rude, accusatory tone said sure I’ve heard that before. I looked at her astonished that she lacked basic decent communication skills. She looked me up and waived me through. It’s bad enough I have to travel a lot, but united staff is the worst. In our 3 hour delay, the other passengers and myself couldn’t comment enough on the craptastic treatment from united. Seriously, they are poster child for how not to run a business.

I didn’t know what to expect but had a free pass to the Club so my husband and I decided to try it out. Underwhelming. It was just a darker, quieter waiting area to wait at the airport.

United lounges are never exciting. This one looks OK, but can be too busy. Bathrooms seem too small, too few desks to work on before a DC to LA flight. Probably very nice when empty, but not when busy.

For the price(I didn’t have to pay), I would rate this club as 3 stars. If I had to pay the regular rate($ 50 a person), then it wouldn’t be worth it. This club pales in comparison to the international carriers that you walk past on the way to this lounge. However, you get some free snacks and drinks, and a more relaxed place to wait for your next flight.

This place is OK for an airline club, except they have nothing to eat or drink. I am not kidding, there is less here than at a Fairfield Inn breakfast. Cereal, cheese and crackers, sad looking bowl of apples and bananas. Coffee machine broken, only sugared sodas in the fridge. It was a waste of time to come here.

So this is how the other half lives! Got a complimentary pass and hung out for a little under two hours at the United Club just to kill some time. I was one of like three women under 50 in here, and probably the only woman of color for at least half of the time I was in here. To their credit, no one was weird about it here(unlike other places in DC), but just a note. Didn’t help that I had my college track jacket on. Free wifi and plenty of comfy seating and relatively quiet compared to a normal airport waiting area(if you don’t want to sit next to anyone, that is actually an option here). There was the occasional person on a short business call, but no one obnoxious. There’s also more business center working type areas for more privacy. There are complimentary house wines and Miller beers, in addition to the fully stocked bar(takes cash and credit). There’s also a complimentary snack/coffee/soda station(I think the snack of the day was carrots with ranch). People keep to themselves but are fairly nice because there are plenty of outlets and seats so no one has to fight over anything. It’s also chill partially because I wasn’t being paranoid about leaving my suitcase for a second to go to the bathroom, or somehow buckling my suitcase and purse to myself when I took a mini nap.

I was comfortable hiding in the back handling a multi hour conference call. I’m glad I wasn’t hungry though because even I can’t subsist on crackers and packaged bland cheese. On the plus side, there is an automatic espresso machine that definitely was a life saver!

Hard to really hate on the place, its comfortable but the food options are at best«light snacks». Full service bar, but i didnt want a drink. Good Wifi connection, smooth entrance, and yummy Snickerdoodle cookies(made there). Not an awful spot to spend a few hours between flights.

When compared to other United lounges, Dulles Airport’s United lounges are fairly standard. When compared to international airlines’ lounges, they are fairly subpar. This United lounge features the same mediocre food for breakfast as other United lounges — coffee, tea, juices, danishes, yogurt, and cereal/milk. Personally, I’d rather be in a United lounge in the afternoon/evening, because that’s when they break out the alcohol, Milano cookies, chocolate covered raisins, and Walker shortbread cookies. But even in the afternoon/evening, United lounges have nothing on other international lounges. I’ll compare it to the best I’ve experienced. In Luftansa’s international lounge in Frankfurt, I experienced a full hot breakfast, mixed fruit, beer and hard cider, and even a limited number of sleeping pods. Every single one of those things is missing from United’s lounge. That said, there are times when the United lounge is worth it. For me the most important time is when everything goes wrong at the airport. When your flight gets cancelled and everyone is stampeding to the customer service desk, you can saunter over to the lounge’s customer service desk and rebook your flight without a line(and with high quality service).

Came here for the last time before they start the remodel. hopefully it will be a lot nicer. Great selections of food and drinks. Comfortable seats and the staff at the door and the counter were very nice and helpful.

Spacious with comfy seats. Bartenders absent much of the time from the one bar so it was a wait to get a soda. Cheese, cracker, shortbread, carrots ok typical United lounge offerings. Not much compared to other lounges.
