Gotta love those pretzel. As much as I love this company, the prices really have gotten out of hand over the last few years. It’s cheaper in Tokyo than in Deeznuts IN for a simple pretzel. Sadly, the Dulles location is actually cheaper than what they cost in Frederick inside the Wal*Mart, or the ones in the Hagerstown and Gettysburg outlet malls. Despite that, I still love these guys and will pay for their pretzels; just not as often as I use to. Sorry guess. Get realistic! It’s a bloody pretzel, not an effing lobster roll for Jebus sakes.

It’s not as good as I expected it to be. Staff rather unfriendly.

After months of of desiring a pretzel dog from this chain(but knowing I would regret acting on my desire), a plane delay caused this massive disappoint. The hot dog was undercooked and bland. The pretzel was likewise(no salt! tasted just like a hot dog bun albeit much cuter!). My plane is still late but now my stomach hurts too :/

I ordered the pretzel nuggets and then headed to my gate. When I sat down to eat it, it was pretty hard. I’m not sure why. Maybe it was old? I didn’t have time to return it, so I just has to throw it away. I saw a few people who ordered food from there and wanted to take a picture by the stand. They did look like tourists and they wanted to capture their adventure. No harm in that. However, the staff there immediately said«no picture!» in a way that was very intimidating. It seemed out of place. The staff was a bit rude. I’m not sure if this is Auntie Anne’s policy or if the staff didn’t self created this policy. Regardless, those people walked away so embarrassed. I felt bad for them.

I can only rate this location of Auntie Anne’s on the razor’s edge of OK because I imagine as that gate traffic at Dulles doesn’t make for a predictable nor consistent customer base, they make too many pretzels at one time and then they are not as fresh as they could be when I want to buy one. A pretzel and regular lemonade is too expensive whether it be at the airport or in a mall. It’s sad.

I walked the airport looking for some decent food and then ended up just getting a pretzel dog at Auntie Anne’s. It’s okay, actually pretty tasty, just not all that healthy.

If u love carbs… honestly i dont get the hype of pretzels with dipping sauce. My partner in crime got a pretzel with mustard, i tried it and dont get it. I dont eat a slice of bread with mustard at home, why would i do that at aunties? i know most people would disaggree… its not my thing i guess.

Who is the bigger fool, the fool who overcharges for low-grade unhealthy snack food at IAD or the deluded fool who buys it so willingly… with a diet coke to wash the sugar on down no less. This copy of Auntie Anne’s is perfectly situated to temp you with their wonderful pretzels and other snacks.

Quick, friendly service. Hot, delicious pretzel dogs(2 for $ 6, which isn’t a bad deal, considering airport prices). Enough said :)

I’ll start by saying my expectations weren’t high… obviously overpriced airport food, not the healthiest choice in the world, and a chain. However, this was bad. Because I was traveling with my child, I needed something quick and easy to eat on-the-go, as we needed to wander from our arrival gate in Concourse C all the way to our connecting flight in Concourse A. One of the first places we came across was Auntie Anne’s — of course, a Pretzel Dog would do! I’ve had them in the mall before. It’s a guilty pleasure. As others have reviewed, it’s usually just the right combination of pretzel and dog. I purchased a jumbo dog so that my daughter and I could share. First, it came to $ 4.50 after tax, which was fine. I paid $ 5.00. The cashier gave me $ 1.50 back. I then questioned what the total was and he answered me like he was irritated that I would ask. I simply wanted to give the $ 1 back so that he wouldn’t be short at the end of his shift, which I did, and left. We then wandered off and about half-way to the shuttle we decided to dig into the pretzel dog. The dog was cooked well, and the top of the pretzel was good… the bottom was burned. Black. Disgusting. Obviously my kid wouldn’t eat it, and I wasn’t too fond of it either. Since there was not enough time to go and return the dog, we picked off the bottom and ate the rest. It was edible, but usually the only plus-side of chain food is that it’s a perfected formula without much room for error. Somehow, this pretzel dog slipped through the cracks, I guess.

Went to the one in Terminal B as our flight kept getting delayed… perfect stress food snack. Perfect. The pretzel nuggets were a BIT salty and the mustard is not so great, but an all around great snack for people waiting to get on a plane. Yep.

Had my first Pretzel Dog ever on my back through Dulles from Denver. Was absolutely starving! As others have described — the Pretzel Dog is just the right amount of saltiness, juiciness, and the baked pretzel wrap around the hot dog is amazing! It’s even better with some yellow mustard! Yummmm!!!

I’m not normally a big fan of the soft pretzel, but these piping hot twists of fantastic freshness were just the perfect snack before hopping aboard the train in Penn Station. Just the right amount of salt and butter complete the package.

A tiny little shop in Councourse C of the Dulles International Airport. I bought a Dunkin Donut but it was just to sweet for me so early in the morning, so opted for a cinnamon sugar pretzel. It was just right, warm and chewy. Perfect to keep the leftovers in my bag so I can eat the rest on the plane.
