Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Northern VA

Outstanding service! We had a fire place problem and Kevin from Mr. Rooter was the only one who solved it (after calling every fireplace business in the local area). Mr. Rooter saved us thousands of dollars by fixing our fireplace rather than having to replace it. I unconditionally recommend Mr. Rooter!!!

Mr. Rooter of Northern VA was fantastic. I had an urgent issue with our kitchen and bathroom sinks on the same day of course. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and professional and solved the problems that day. This is a great company, thank you!

I wouldn’t use Mr. Rooter. I called for an appointment, had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday morning, and no one showed up. So just based on the fact that they don’t keep appointments, I can’t really count on them to be reliable.

Had a clog, he showed up very fast on a Saturday, fixed the clog and gave us advice for when we exchange our toilet. We’re getting ready to tile the bathroom and are waiting until then to replace it. The prices were a little high, but we were in a time crunch and had to have someone there quickly. I like the fact that their hours are so flexible. Makes paying a little more worth it to me.

All I can say is i called RotoRooter and they well didn’t show up for the time frame to fix my issue as a matter of fact they put me off till the next day. The guy who called basically told me I didn’t have a choice in the matter, so i exercised my right to choose another company, I guess you can say i am thankful, i called Acclaimed services, and they apparently don’t have a reality on the actual market value of snaking a line close to 1000 dollars, anyhow I finally got a hold of Mr. Rooter and it was close to midnight, the guy called me back and said that it was really late and he was on another job and would be at my house at 0700, he was here at 0700 tools in hand, quick, courteous, and way less than some of the other rip offs in the area, i am usually for the local craftsmen, but i will be calling these guys for all my plumbing needs from now on. Thank you for being on time, not a rip off, and not coming into my home and treating me like i am mentally handicapped. Joe was my plumbers name, he was great, i would highly recommend you ask for him.
