McDonald’s

We frequent this McDonalds often. Usually we don’t have any issues. The food has always been mediocre, but who goes to McDonalds for good food anyways?
I’ve learned to always check my order before I leave, since many times I haven’t, and had issues with the food. My kids like their cheeseburgers with just ketchup. They hardly ever get it right. The fact of the matter is, they just don’t listen.
I stopped for breakfast the other day. I order an Egg and Cheese with Hash brown and a soda. What did I get? And Egg White Delight and no drink…

I visited a McDonald’s Restaurant located on 20 961 South Banks Street, Sterling Virginia tonight roughly around 10:30pm on Wednesday, December 3 2014 and I witnessed one of the most uncleanliness actions by a female employee. I ordered my food and was waiting in the lobby and saw a female employee, and older Hispanic lady walking with gloves holding a cleaning spray bottle from the lobby to behind the registers and into the left side of the area where the fries, hamburgers, and other items were being prepped. She did not take off the gloves, washed her hands, or put on a new pair of gloves before handling cooked hamburgers. She grabbed the hamburgers and placed them in a plastic tray and into a warmer. I was extremely shocked after seeing this and mentioned it to a male Hispanic manager, and he denied this had happened. I then explained to him that I saw the entire thing, and he just turned away and went back to what he was doing. Me and my family loves to eat at McDonald’s and especially at this location, but after what I witnessed, I will make me think twice before bringing my family back there.

My order in the Drive-​Thru is ALWAYS wrong!!! I mean WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!!! Don’t bother coming here!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Do not come to this McDonald’s if you’re starving because you’re never going to get served. Had to wait 30 mins to get breakfast, and it took them 15 to make a McChicken. If you’re not going to be happy doing the night shift, then don’t do it. They’re customer service is the worst. They’re messy, and keep the place dirty. Stay AWAY from here.

I hate going to McDonald’s but I was really hungry and nothing else was opened. I honestly hate this location and want to give it –0 stars. I asked for no cheese on my chipotle BBQ wrap, and for some BBQ sauce and ketchup. This lady gave me cheese in my wrap and she purposely gave me honey mustard instead of BBQ and didn’t bother to give me ketchup. She walked off and I made her walk back to hand me ketchup. I didn’t realize all this stuff until I got home. This place is horrible.

I stopped at this Location on my way to work and picked up breakfast for myself and two co-​workers. When I got to work and opened the bag I found the most horrible mess I have ever seen. Sandwiches half wrapped, hash browns not in the wrapper and broken apart in many pieces, Napkins had some yellow substance on them I can only imagine was grease. No one at my office even wanted to eat the food and the whole order went into the trash. If I would have the time I would have taken it back. I will never frequent this McDonalds again. I took pictures of the mess in the bag but do not see a way to attach them here.
