Jiffy Lube

This place is hit or miss as it relates to whomever takes care of your car. Everyone is always very nice and polite.
Even on their busiest days, they seem to move along the customers quickly enough.

Jiffy Lube is usually where I will hit to get just an oil change. This location was quick as well as clean. No appointments are necessary. I was in and out on a Sunday within less than 25 minutes. Their signature service includes them topping off fluids and cleaning windows. Bonus points for them for doing a good job vacuuming my car out!

I love it when I take my car in to get serviced and it is not only quick and painless, but they don’t try to make me buy every service in the book. That was my experience at this Jiffy Lube.
I was in the area and decided to swing by in the afternoon on the President’s Day holiday, hoping that the wet snowy weather would keep the crowds away. There was just one car ahead of me that had just pulled into the service bay when I arrived. It took about 15 minutes for each car, so I was in and out in 30 minutes. The waiting area was nice enough, with warm coffee (didn’t try it, but it was there!) and perhaps the cleanest public restroom I have ever seen.
The employees were very friendly and went through a check list with me of the things they had checked and refilled/​cleaned as necessary. Nothing extra was added to my oil change, which was what I expected seeing as my car just had its 60k mile service at the dealer last fall. Great experience all-​around. I would definitely come back here if I lived nearby.

I actually ended up here when my car broke down across the plaza in fron of an auto parts store. I was hysterically upset and called my dad (in another state). He quickly asked if there was a Jiffy Lube around, to which I replied yes. He called the store, spoke to the manager, and within 5 minutes, the manager and another worker were coming over to help me install a new battery (the first problem) and get me going. I absolutely can not stress how much I appreciate them going out of their way to come to me and help me get up and running. I do not live in the area, but should I ever need service while in the area, I will definitely go to them!
