Martha is my girl! She is amazing and always has me leaving looking beautiful and feeling confident. The establishment is pristine. All of the staff is very friendly and always welcoming. I love going in here for my hair appointments. It is a perfect place to relax and get in some «me time» and «girl time.» Go see Martha and The Four Seasons Salon and Spa. Thank you! :)

Donni is incredibly skilled with color. I only have to tell her a few things I have in my mind and she magically comes up with exactly what I had in mind and, on multiple occasions, has created something even better than what I wanted. I make it a point to be seen by her whenever I am in the area! I have had my hair damaged and destroyed by the «best» colorists in NYC — trust me when I say Donni is a cut above the rest (no pun intended). She is an absolute sweet heart, too! Highly recommend.

I want everyone to know how incredible Shakib is as a stylist. I’ve followed him around from two salons and have gone to him for years. Now that I moved to the west coast, I am even more convinced of his talent. He nails it every time.
My cut and color preferences are pretty particular, and I love that he meets my needs and I walk away with a style that lasts well up to the next 8 – 10 week appointment. I also love how he shows me what to do at home, and my cut is so easy to recreate. He is also such a dear person and a complete professional; he’s a paragon. You must get in to see him! Call in advance though. Although he always tries to accommodate my last minute appointment requests, he is so popular (and that good) that sometimes I’m reminded to book in advance.
I’m also a big fan of his product knowledge, I Iove the product lines. He is an expert in his field. I’ve even had top end salon owners in other cities compliment his work. Even they can see it! If you want to have quality work, done in a timely manner, and up to your expectations, get in to see Shakib. Next time I return to the area, I’ll be booking with him again!

Called and asked about price for girls haircut — told $ 20-​$ 30 for was, cut & blow dry. Here was my experience: Girl #1 (11 yrs old) asked for 4 inches off very long hair. She comes out with this very uneven, straight across, chop. No long layers or shape. Right side was 1 inch shorter than the other side. I had to send her back to even it off. Horrible outcome, ended up with 5– 6 inches off & 1 unhappy customer. Child #2: no wash or blow dry & charged $ 35 — asked why when I was told $ 30 — receptionist said, oh, I thought she said $ 35, maybe I didn’t hear her right. Instead of checking, rang me up for $ 35! This haircut was supposed to be 2 ½ to 3 inches off — I’m lucky if it was a whole inch!
I chose this salon over the other 5 choices in the mall thinking it would have experienced staff & to give my girls more style than a Hair Cuttery or Bubbles… I was wrong, very wrong & disappointed as well as out $ 80!

Been to many four seasons Spas and this was definitely the most ordinary of them all. The jacuzzi had black dirt on the the top which was not inviting.
Locker rooms are ok but had a cat box smell. It was weird. The showers were nice but nothing in the locker rooms was special, quite ordinary actually.
The massage rooms were nice and my massage was wonderful and friendly staff.
Not sure I would spend the $$ for this place again.

Eyebrow lady here is AMAZING! I was never a fan of threading my brows because the random woman in the middle of an Indian clothing store that my mom used to take me to would make me cry the entire time. Their eyebrow person is fast, friendly and makes the brows the same shape/​size. I have had trouble with others who cannot make my brows symmetrical but I am now forever grateful and loyal.
The reason to get your brows done here is also the pain and time factor. She is superhero fast at doing eyebrows so the pain is even lower than normal. Absolutely recommend.

I was desperate for a haircut and needed to find somewhere ASAP because this was my only day off this week. Thankfully Four Seasons Salon and Spa got me a slot right away with no problem at all!
When I arrived, I was greeted politely by the man at the front desk, and then Laura quickly came over and brought me to her chair. I have a pretty bad (at least to me) case of alopecia so my hair is very thin and missing in some areas, so I let her know before hand. During the wash and haircut, she recommended me products and other things that may help with my hair loss, and no one has ever taken the time to do that. It wasn’t a pushy sales pitch at all, but more of her actually caring which I really appreciate! She educated me on MANY things, from my hair loss to how to keep my hair cuticles healthy. I’ve never had such a caring, knowledgable hair dresser ever. And not to mention, my hair cut is amazing!!! VERY happy and thankful I went here and met Laura, I will definitely be returning!

I first started going to Four Seasons Salon & Spa in October of 2014. I always have a fantastic experience while there! As an African-​American woman, it’s hard to find a great hairstylist in this area, but I have found an incredible hairstylist who is so knowledgeable about hair and more specifically MY hair. The entire staff is so friendly and inviting. Every time I leave the salon I feel confident in the way I look!

I walked into this place simply on a whim, ready to play the «stylist lottery» in absolute desperation to repair my over-​colored, frayed, and quickly thinning style. I was seated and taken almost immediately by one of their «master stylists» — Alison. Did she ever earn the rights to that title! She delicately fixed my destroyed color and gave me a ultra sexy-​cute and stylish cut that I’ll be happily keeping for a while. I was hesitant about the color, since my hair was literally shedding down to almost nothing. That was the real cherry on top of this sundae — it stopped! Over a couple of weeks, it became fuller. I’ve even spotted new growth in some of the most thinning areas. Her recommendations and the thought she put into my situation seemed personal and genuine, not some regurgitated sell sell sell bit that I expected. I appreciate her work deeply and would happily be a client for life!

We visited Four Seasons on a busy holiday weekend. My daughter wanted a particular haircut and brought a picture for a stylist. We were taken in within five minutes and Rosey was the stylist that cut my daughter’s hair. Rosey did an excellent job. She also was very personable and understanding. She kept checking with my daughter how she liked the cut before she finished, so there was some room for correction in case she wasn’t going the way my daughter had in mind. Rosey really cared and wanted my daughter to be happy. The check out was smooth– the front desk lady was very nice. I think we’ll definitely visit them again.

This is one of my favorite places to get my hair cut! Everyone is friendly and professional, while the salon is sleek and sophisticated. It was my first time getting my hair cut here and the hairdresser did a wonderful job! I showed her a picture and she went beyond the picture. My hair looked better than the picture! I’m usually nervous about getting my side bangs cut, because most hairdresser in the past cut them too short or just not right at all. My stylist did a wonderful job and it was the best hair cut I’ve ever had!
I make the drive from Waterford, which is 30 minutes away to get my hair cut here at Four Seasons. It’s definitely worth it!

The front desk staff has an attitude problem and are very rude. I purchased a several hundred dollar massage package for my mother who was stricken with cancer. She never got to enjoy it before she passed. We never got a refund or even got to use the package because it had been more than 12 months. They basically took my money heartlessly.

Four Seasons Salon and Spa is an independent oasis in the midst of anchor stores, cookie cutter retail shops, and chain restaurants. I’ve been going to Tony for nearly seven years, following him up and down Route 7 (not in a stalking sense). Why? Because a haircut ain’t just a haircut. It’s about going to someone that will understand what you need when you walk in the door by listening to you.
When Tony went back to Four Seasons, I, of course, followed him. I found with the salon and spa a wealth of equally interested and supportive people in the knowledgable staff AND management. Really great people that are invested in making certain you put your best forward.

I love this Salon! My wife had bought me a massage gift card. I called the day I wanted a massage, they were booked solid, yet the Manger «Morgan» called me back in 10 minutes and fit me in! Wow-​I was already impressed.
I have since had many massage treatments here and I believe this Salon gives incredible service and best accomodates my busy schedule.
The STEAMBATH is my favorite part of this complete relaxation hour I spend at
Four Seasons Salon and Spa. For 10 minutes I’m warm, relaxed and forget about the world. They then offer me this great water they serve and massage away all my tension and again I am able to forget about the world.
They also do my hair and they will not let you leave un-​happy! The stylist are Pro’s and work hard to give me that perfect look!
I only wish I could spend every day at Four Seasons!

I used a groupon I had bought for this place months ago that was about to expire for an express mani/​pedi. I went on a Saturday so of course it was super busy but most people were getting their hair cut and colored. There was only two nail techs so I waited until one finished up. I only waited for about 10 minutes before she came and got me. Immediately she offered me something to drink. Although it’s hard to drink tea while trying to get my cuticles in check, I appreciated her asking.
She did a really great job on my cuticles since It had been 3 whole weeks they had been untouched. When it came time to paint my nails, I was surprised she only put one coat on. Every other place always puts two coats of whatever color you get. I didn’t say anything because maybe that’s what it means to have an «express» mani/​pedi here.
The pedicure was the same. Only one coat. But the leg massage was really good. The mango foot scrub felt and smelled amazing. The massage chair was good and the lighting by the chairs made me want to fall into a deep sleep.
Overall, I had a decent experience here. Not sure if I’ll be back but who knows. Even though she only put one coat of color on my nails, they lasted for about a week before I saw a small chip.

Wasn’t great, but ok. I used a Living Social deal to get my hair cut. The lady who did it was ok, but a little heavy on the layers. She did do a very nice job with the highlights, though. And as a disclaimer I should say that I am a simple person who likes one style as it is easy. This cut is better than I have had with others, but still not my favorite. But I am super picky.
I was more annoyed with small talk. Just b/​c you are cutting hair, doesn’t mean that you need to fill the silence with petty small talk. Additionally one of the older managers was a bit rude at check out– demanding to know what service I had done, et al. A little kindness goes along way, especially if you want a returning customer. I used Living Social to try this place out, as I am still looking for a place that does things well. I am not sure I will be back because of the rude lady.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. My sister went in to get her hair done tonight for prom. She showed them a picture of her hair from a past prom CURLED. Perfect spiral curls. No updo, just curls. The stylist started (which, by the way, the stylist’s hair was in a loose, messy ponytail… a tad unprofessional and tacky-​looking for a hair stylist). After 30 – 45 minutes, she finished, whirled my sister around and announced «There you go! Perfect beachy waves.»
My sister and I just stared at her. BEACHY WAVES??? She’s going to PROM not out for a piña colada! Not curls at ALL. We spoke with the manager, expressed our frustration, sister was trying not to cry, we were running out of time, and finally realizing the manager just did. Not. Care. we left. $ 65 later and not at all the hair she wanted. No updo or anything, just wavy hair for $ 65.
Terrible experience. I would NOT recommend for any, especially people going to prom.

Walked in earlier tonight asking for a trim as my hairdresser left the area. Deborah took the job, sat me down and asked me what I wanted. As I have long, thick curly hair, only certain styles look good on me. She listened intently and after a great shampoo by Rosa, Deborah gave me a great cut and beautiful style.
I think I found my new stylist!
