Bottom Line: In the middle of nowhere so you won’t be distracted with anything other than your well executed conference. To me, this conference center felt institutional and boring which is probably what ligit conference centers are supposed to feel like so for that I give it four stars. As the name implies, this place only does one thing, conferences, but they do it well. Here are some key notes about this conference center located not too far away from Dulles Airport: — Front desk to greet you and tell you where to find your conference room — Many individual and configurable conference rooms — A long hallway with nice little cubbies to make a phone call or pop open the laptop — The dining hall where breakfast and lunch are served — Caffeinated beverages were available all day I guess the reason this place feels boring to me is because its in the middle of nowhere and I am used to going to conferences in fun places like Las Vegas, Seattle and downtown DC. As far as institutional, it was really the lunch hour where I felt like I was in a nice cafeteria. Anyway, I don’t have any complaints about the facility but I fully intend to book my next conference somewhere slightly more glamorous.

This place is pleasantly surprising. The food is absolutely amazing and the staff is that of a 5* hotel. Lunch served this week was salmon and skirt steak, chicken and pork, loin and chicken Alfredo, unreal snacks. What a great place

I’ve been in the training & development business for nearly 25 years. I have never experienced a better facility in all that time. Really. Staff are friendly, proactive, and responsive. Food is OUTSTANDING. Facilities are bright & comfortable with all the expected technology available. A number of hotels are within short walking distance to the center, so rental cars are not required. Terrific experience.

This place is amazing. It is tucked away in an industrial park and it not noticeable. The accomodations, service and amenities are outstanding. You are in great meeting room, the bathrooms are clean and there is food 24⁄7 at your disposal! I was pleased that they serve Perrier(unlimited.) They also have smoothies for mid morning break. they have ice cream for mid afternoon break. If you need to schedule a meeting definitely consider this place!

I will agree with Jen L., this is a nice training facility. Looking at the front of the building, it doesn’t look like any thing special, but inside it’s much nicer. I had to be here for a 2 day training event. The rooms itself are nothing fancy. Tables, chairs, projectors, screens, white boards and so on. What sets this place apart is the friendly people working there and the food. I won’t get into details on what foods were served each day, that would make this post way too long :) I will say this. Each day, they had a hot breakfast, as well as cereals, oatmeal, fruit. They was always tons of coffee, teas, sodas, and so on. For lunch, there was always a hot meal, salad, and fruit. During after lunch, they put out pastries and an ice cream bar. They also put out a hot dish for munchies. The firs day was chips and artichoke dip, the second day was chicken wings. I think I gained about 5 pounds in my two days there. I ate way more then I should have. So if you are forced to come to training here don’t worry. You’ll at least get to eat a lot. The only thing I will ding them on is the temperature of the food. The two breakfasts I had both were not hot. The scrambled eggs were cold day one, and on day 2 the eggs Benedict were luke warm. Yes, Eggs Benedict!

So when I had to go to some company training, I was dreading it. Usually it’s held in a rundown building with horrible facilities and crappy food. I was pleasantly surprised when I had to come out to this place. The breakfast spread was amazing! They had your usual danishes and tarts and oat meal. But they also had chipped beef and fresh fruit. Not too bad for a continental breakfast. The always-stocked coffee is a must. They did not disappoint with the coffee quality and the selection of creamers and sweetener substitute. Perfect for getting through painfully boring mandatory training. The lunch spread was also amazing! There was pasta, salad, a main dish(pork and chicken) and more fresh fruit and a decadent cherry cheesecake. A perfect balance for people to choose a hearty lunch or a healthy light lunch. During the break, the snack spread was awesome too! I’ve never seen a snack buffet like that before. They had chips with artichoke dip, ice cream, fresh fruit, cookies and more fatty goodness. Food makes everything better. Buts it not all about the food here. The facility is very high tech and well laid out to host a mini conference. The hotels and other facilities seem to center around this place. I think you can walk here from the local hotels. Dulles airport is really close so I think it was purposely built to support corporate functions. I’m so impressed I would consider hosting a conference here!
