Quick Carpet

Quick Carpet in Sterling Heights is a scam based company. They have special deals advertised online that you think are absolutely great!!! So I decided to call this company. First off the guy was extremely pushy. He have me a price over the phone without me even viewing any carpet he had or him coming out to view the job. (very strange and also $ 300.00 over what I’d been quoted at another companies regular price) I then went on to ask what specials they were running currently he replied, «I gave you the special price». So when I requested he explain what type of discount it was he’d given me, he rudely slammed the phone down in my face. I’ve never had anyone estimate a job over the phone first of all, and second I’ve never experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism in my life. These type of companies lure people in with great advertising and then take advantage of people who aren’t aware of fair market value of their products. BEWARE… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
