Your typical McDonalds, but also open ²⁴⁄₇. Not as bad as what the other reviewers make it out to be. The chicken nuggets are great.

Really disgusting. The food here is terrible. I don’t even think my review will even matter due that McDonald’s is such a big chain and people these days really do not care when it comes to fast food. If you are choosing to eat McDonald’s then find another one because the service here sucks and the food is disgusting beyond measures. You will have stomach problems once your night is done. Good luck.

Once a year 4 Mickey d’s. I should note to not make this location my choice. Manager was yelling quite loudly at all employees. Kid running register said it was his 1^st day doing it and it showed. Every order he tried to take ended up wrong. 20 minutes to get a Big Mac and some fries. Shame on the Golden Arches front office forgetting this happen. Ray Kroc would have had this location shut down !

I just went there for breakfast before work. I usually never do this, so I was really excited about getting a McMuffin or McGriddle for breakfast! I couldn’t decide which one to get, so I decided to be reckless and get both to satisfy my big morning cravings.
While I was ordering a McMuffin with just egg and cheese without meat, a McGriddle with egg and cheese and without meat, and a small orange juice, the drive-​thru cashier kept asking me: «Okay, pull up to the first window» after EVERY SINGLE item. I had to keep telling him I wasn’t done. He kept putting on the screen: 1 McMuffin no bacon, no round egg, no cheese. And I kept telling him YES to egg and cheese, NO to meat! Then, when all was correct on the screen and reflected my order, I pulled up to the first window. He was rude. He didn’t look at me or say anything. Just shoved the food in my hands and walked away.
When I went to eat the McGriddle, for some reason, there was nothing in it! It was just the buns without any egg or cheese, or even meat for that matter. I looked at the receipt again and it clearly stated I asked for just no meat. Th McMuffin was made correctly, so he obviously understood what I wanted. Which isn’t that difficult to understand that I wanted just egg and cheese! But yes, it was just the lonely buns with no glorious egg and cheese.
All in all, he was very impatient with me: he kept interrupting me and telling me to pull up to the first window after every item I ordered. And he got the order made extremely wrong. I’m sorry? How difficult is it to make a breakfast sandwich correctly? On top of that, how difficult is it to listen to a customer’s full order? It doesn’t require much brain effort.
Alas, I take this as a hint that I shan’t eat McDonald’s for breakfast anymore. I will refrain and continue on with my days eating something healthier.

This place is the worse. Totally slow and they are extremely rude. Would travel 10 miles away for better service then this place. And the second speaker for the drive thru is a complete joke. Slows things down even more. Multi task is not there speciality.

Unlike all the other local McDonald’s this one does not participate in happy hour from 2 p.m. To 5 p.m.

Two hamburgers. Meat was almost raw. Pink. I asked what happened and the mgr said the cook (ya right) must not have scrapped the grease off the grill. Sweet! F this place

This is the worst McDonalds ever. My order is wrong more often than it is right. They cannot even make an Egg McMuffin right even though there are only three things between the buns. Go to the McDonalds on Rochester Road instead. They have a better track record.

Terrible service — no straws for drinks, no ketchup or napkins, even though I specifically asked for these. As a result, my granddaughter, trying to drink her shake, spilled it all over, and felt really bad. This never happens at the McDonald’s at Long Lake and Rochester and Troy. We won’t be back even though it’s the closest one.

This place sucks. Dont bother going here especially at night via Drive Thru unless you pay cash only. Thats happened to me every time i try going here.
