Right on, right on! Son’s Döner Kebap gets it right! It’s originally from Turkey, but Germany’s favorite fast food and while many places try and duplicate the success of a German Döner place, this one is the best outside of Germany. #3 all the way, that’s how it is done. The other variations are good too, but #3 will always be my favorite. Very friendly(owner speaks fluent German) service, clean environment.

Money. So many places try to get the döner right, and so many places fail. Here, the bread was just right and so were the various cabbages. I’d definitely go back if I want something that tastes like it does in Germany! Friendly staff and cheap!

SOGOOD !!! My husband and I lived in Germany for many years and always could never find a doner ever here in the states. And after moving to Statesboro, I was amazed that their was a doner place here. They didn’t have the original Germany cheese but it sure tasted just as good as the ones over there. Happy that I found this place cause I and my husband will be returning. And the place that it was super clean and look fresh, and they were so welcoming. I loved it. I recommend this place to everyone that wants a quick delicious bite compared to all the nasty fast food in the surrounding area.

Such a fantastic addition to the limited variety of restaurants in Statesboro. Delicious and authentic. The owners and employees are all very friendly and helpful. I was hesitant at first but I’m so glad I tried it. Easy to please anyone here. The restaurant is clean and the food never disappoints.

Very good, very authentic. Quick and inexpensive. The place is casual, but still very nice. The staff is nice and helpful. Adding feta cheese is always a great touch. I recommend the yogurt salsa and some hot sauce.

First of all it’s a very clean place that is high on my chart. Food was fresh tasty I just wish they had one sauce not so sweet. I would love to see cucumber sauce. I will be back the staff are very nice.

I’m german and I can tell you, the Döners at Sons Döner Kebob taste exactly like they do in germany. Yes they are originally Turkish, but in germany they are prepared the same exact way Son does them and it is exquisite. When I still went to Georgia Southern I ate there on average once a week. The number 3 on the menu is your classic Döner. It is very filling and just really delicious. With the garlic sauce that he makes(which tastes just like it does back home!) You’ve got a tasty meal ahead of you.

Love Son’s Döner Kebab! Meals are priced right and very flavorful. They’ve even got boba tea.
