Manny’s Grilles & Cafe’s

This place has some great food, but they’ve come under new management and the service has really gone to Hell. They are now called Main Street Bar and Grill. Like I said, the food is always excellent, but you’re going to be disappointed with the service, especially if it ever gets busy.
It seems like they always have new staff members every time we go in there. They’re new to the point of not really knowing what they’re doing. They seem to not be on the same page as the cooks, and not know how to multitask. Don’t get me wrong, I know being a server is hard work, but there always seems to be bewilderment even when we go in there at non-​busy times. It seems to be caused by bad management. Sometimes we order appetizers and they always end up being served at the same time as the food, which I find odd and a little illogical. If we order drinks they take forever to come, even simple beer and wines.
NOW other than the service, the food is amazing. We have never been disappointed with the food. They have a large selection of Greek, Italian, and American specialties. I like to get the Gyro sandwich, or the Chicken and Spanokopita dish. Also, the wings are amazing.
As for atmosphere, you couldn’t ask for me. If you’re a sports fan this is a great place to be, because there are TVs everywhere and you can even watch a mini flat screen TV at your table. Also, the tables and booths are spaced apart enough to establish a very comfortable setting.
All in all, if the management would try a little harder and get some better service going, then maybe it would be a 100% perfect place to dine.

Went there for dinner tonight. I really enjoyed it. Had the Manny’s platter and everything was surprisingly delicious. We will definitely be returning.

I go to Manny’s almost once a week for lunch and their gyros. It is a great place with good bar food, friendly staff, lots of room and TVs for watching the game.
