Stopped In for a quick lunch a few days ago and oh my goodness! It was awesome! I had the ham with Swiss cheese on white bread with pasta salad. The chicken salad is great as well Everything down to the veggies were amazing. The service was great and fast. The only negative thing I have to say is I wish I was from statesboro so I could eat here more often. The next time i am in town I will be back here for lunch. I got a piece of cake to go mmmmm! That’s all I can say about that :)

Cotton Patch is a really good alternative to Subway, Firehouse Subs, Pita Pit, Panera Bread and any other sandwich place in town. The sandwiches are fresh, and stuffed with delicious Boar’s Head meats. The veggies on the sandwich are really fresh too. All the sandwiches come with two sides. My wife and I both had the pastries as well. I got a cinnamon bun and she got a Reese’s bar. Both were excellent and around $ 2 each. The desserts were a great alternative to the ones at the lackluster bakeries that are located in the center of town.(I bet you can guess which ones I’m talking about.) We will be back soon! I am excited to try the soups next time!

I’ve visited here several times because I like to give places multiple chances before I write them off. Every time I went, I have been disappointed. The cinnamon rolls are very dry and the frosting for the cupcakes and pastries have an off flavor. I have also heard from several resources that they use cake mixes for their baked items, and you can sort of tell, which I wouldn’t have too much of an issue with if it wasn’t for the fact that they claim to make things from scratch. I do have to say on a positive note that the staff they have to work up front is great. They are polite and helpful. All and all, I have to say Cotton Patch has a decent Deli but a poor bakery.

I love this place! I really enjoyed the ham & cheese wrap, Boar’s Head turkey & ham, chicken salad sandwich, chocolate muffin(to die for!), buckeyes(perfect to take to a party), and chocolate chip cookies. They have a lot that looks really yummy, but they haven’t been open long enough for me to try it all! ;) The only thing I didn’t care for is the potato soup; it was too creamy for me. In addition to breakfast and lunch, it’s a great place to stop by with the kids after school or camp or swimming to get a yummy snack. And I think it’s nice that they’re open till 7pm in case we want to stop by for an early dinner. I’m also really thankful to have a local place to buy Boar’s Head meat; that is a BIG bonus!

Food was wonderful as was the service. I tried the red velvet cookies and was not a fan.
