I highly recommend shopping at Valentine Rose. They are very welcoming and attentive to your shopping needs. I had a wedding to attend this past Saturday 8÷15÷15 at 7PM in NJ, and I did not feel comfortable in anything in my closet. I rushed to Valentine Rose after a friend’s recommendation that afternoon. They helped me select a few dresses to try within my budget, and I purchased a black/blue lace cocktail dress for $ 80.00. Amazing quality, machine washable, fit like a glove, and I received plenty of compliments that night. I was in and out withing 30 mins. Needless to say I will return this week to shop for a dress for my bridal shower. Happy shopping.

I do not recommend shopping at this store. I recently made a purchase here and was extremely dissatisfied with the product, and especially the service I received. Instead of offering to order me a size that fit me properly, I was persuaded to purchase a size up that did not fit correctly and was recommended to get it altered, which I now regret. I was told by the sales representative that I would receive store credit if I decided to bring the item back. This was one of the main reasons I decided to purchase the item. Unfortunately the tailor was not able to adjust the item to fit my size. When I brought the item back to the store with the tags and receipt, the owner immediately accused me of wearing the item and deceitfully reattaching the tags. The store owner continued to berate me and spoke to me in an extremely condescending manner, then told me that I was not«thinking logically» in my attempt to return an item that did not fit me. She insisted that I was not taking into consideration how her business was going to be impacted if she were to let me give back the item and provide me with store credit, which should be of no concern to the customer rightfully returning a purchased item. The most hurtful part of this incident occurred when the store owner spewed lies at me: she stated that there are signs all over the store explaining that items cannot be brought back after 2 weeks. However, when I requested that she point to one of these signs, she was unable to, as they did not exist. The store owner’s actions made it exceptionally clear to me that her only concern is running a business, that she has no consideration for her customers, and no care for their satisfaction with her products. The owner gave me no rational reason why she couldn’t take back the item, she did not offer store credit, or even a kind word. I enjoy shopping but I would never go back here after the way I was treated. I hope my experience isn’t indicative of how the owner treats other customers.
