The Home Depot

Worst customer service in the appliance section. We trying to buy a refrigerator, washer and dryer. The 2 lady that works here rather be talking then asking if we need help. They are so rude, they definitely don’t want our business.

When stuck on the SIE, you get pretty desperate. So, I Unilocaled were I could go close to the highway to check out any potting plants were on sale, and this Home Depot location popped up.
The plants for the most part weren’t filled with blooms, and there was definitely plants misplaced in the wrong sections. It was muddy when I walked around, so I had to be careful not to break my neck.
The neighborhood this is in as well is a little ghetto, so I wasn’t too thrilled with it. Maybe would try again the next time I am stuck in traffic, which might be sooner rather than later.

This is my favorite home depot. Close by, and great garden stuff. I needed lots of top soil for my project and this was the spot. It has the best priced topsoil by bag on the island altough the sod is on the high side. It does run out of items. I must say the staff was nice to me, great job.

The service is hard to find when you are looking for a rep. Always tend to look around to see where there are employees & I get that feeling like they don’t to help either. The prices are great. Its always has everything in stock & offers a lot of different options to get confused and not know whats better or the details on how that different option works (hence why a sales guy is important then).

Been here multiple of times… first time moving to Staten Island need to remodel the new family home … This place is ok… nothing special about it… there big carts to pull boards and heavy items… but they are limited… the service is kinda slow… expically the paint aisle… They make you wait like hours while they slowly clean out there station… Ask for there option on which color would they prefer don’t really give out an actually preference but just say whatever… Should of known better then to even ask… The wood and board aisles station is pretty helpfully… they would help Carry some stuff and put it in the cart… They do most of the heavy lifting while telling you what else you need… Don’t make the mistake I did by going to the self check out lane… pain in the ass… You pretty much need the person to ring you up after you tried multiple of times ringing yourself up… There’s about five check out Lanes and four self check out lanes… There is bathroom located all the way at the end of the department store… there is also an indoor/​outdoor garden where plant lovers can go get fresh plants for there home… pretty decent size and few flower options to chose from… parking lot is extremely big… so don’t have to worry about no parking… Can be crowded durning the weekend.

The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because we had a very nice person in the store help us in the beginning.
We had a huge order delivered and they lied to us non-​stop about the delivery fees (we were told a very small amount per item and then they tried to charge us $ 350) and we would be able to have it delivered at the end of the day and it turned out we were not allowed to schedule and ended up wasting an entire day waiting around for them. Then, they didnt deliver an item because they were out of it and we were originally told that before they deliver, if they didnt have an item, they would get it from another store. This was a HORRIBLE experience and next time we will just go to Lowes
