Pronto Pizza

Great food … Good prices … But they need people taking orders that listen, know the menu, and can take it correctly

There is no better pizza nor salad on the island except at the pronto locations. The food itself is moderately priced and worth the money. however 20 something dollars for a salad on the other hand Is a bit stretching. Additionally, when you make orders via phone the employee taking the order (specifically the two girls that answer the phone) usually forget a soda or fry in the order. So I recommend asking for the manager as soon as you hear them.

After ordering for 5 weeks in a row the same meal from pronto pizza Richmond Ave left something out whether it was a soda grilled chicken a Sicilian slice and each time I gave them another chance today I placed two orders of grilled chicken I only received one order of grilled chicken when I told the driver only receive one they insist that I had two orders so unless someone like their driver ate a piece of chicken on the way over to my house and dispose of the container I only received one they charge me anyway and refused to either give me the extra chicken I paid or run me over a refund. so after something so small and ordering for the past 5 weeks in a row and then making mistakes each time I cannot endorse this location then can’t do anything other than mess up your order the last time I received the food the raviolis were cold and my grilled chicken was missing this location put the pronto to shame if I were you I would STAY FAR AWAY do not go to this location as it is the MOST UNCLEAN location with the RUDEST manager working November 3^rd .
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRONTO GO ANYWHERE ELSE !

Let me start with I’m from Florida, all the New Yorkers can now stop reading because apparently I don’t know good pizza. Well this isn’t good pizza. The only way the term pronto rang true was the speed at which I wished for better pizza. Let’s go ingredient by ingredient…
The crust — I think it was paper mâché, it certainly tasted like it, and regardless of how long they cooked the pizza at least it was still soggy and wet when I ate it.
The sauce — one part tomato juice, two parts… sewer water? That would certainly explain the smell. It was awful, like ragu would be an upgrade awful.
The cheese — at least it didn’t stick to the sewer sauce so it could just slide right off the pizza when I pulled my slice away.
The toppings — not bad, what meat there was on the pizza.
The attempts to save it — we added garlic, anchovies, Parmesan cheese, anything in the house to try to save the abomination — nothing worked… some of the absolute worst pizza in my life.

What’s better than laying in bed and ordering a pizza? Getting a discount for doing it. We love Pronto Pizza. we order often and have tried many different meals. The new addition of a point system makes the good even better.

Pronto always has the best pizza. Have made large order for my team over the holiday! Always fresh and hot! Delivered on time! Thank you!

Waited 3 and a half hours for a delivery. Got an email that it was on it’s way and an hour later a phone call to the pizzeria told me it hadn’t left yet. Just awful awful service. Too many other options in Staten Island to accept service like this.
Update — 4 hours later pizza not delivered. Order cancelled.

Solid every time. I have been ordering from here for so long, I always search for another place. After I’m done searching, I realize, there is nothing better around here and order on line. Food comes hot and tastes fresh EVERY time. Bout to order right now. Love football Sunday!!!

Delicious! one of the best pizzas I’ve had on Staten Island. Got a veggie pie and it was unlike any other that I’ve ordered. I recommend you try it, it’s different from all the ‘generic’ pies on the island.

What can I say everything is always on point, my household orders from pronto about twice a week via internet always quick and easy never any issues food come extremely quick never a complaint. Food always comes warm and cooked to perfection, my favorite things are the vodka pan pie, bbq pan pie, chicken parm vodka sauce here with fresh mozzarella on garlic bread. Me and the guys at work usually go here to pick up food often to. Good fast fresh service.

I miss this place…
When I lived in Staten Island, Ny I ordered from here on occasion… The best is when you order online via their website the excellent Ialian music thats played in the background…

There are no complaints that can be said about Pronto
They do not try and skimp the customer and their prices are reasonable
They have a large selection of pizza and it’s all very good, especially their pan style pizza
The staff is amicable and helpful, the wallpaper and decorations are decent.
They arrive on time for delivery and the food is always consistent in taste and texture.
Definitely gives the other pizzeria’s in staten island a run for their money!

Pronto has excellent food! Online ordering is easy & convenient. Delivery is prompt, order is correct & the food is hot. Their delivery folks are pleasant — an all-​around 5 star establishment.

This place is very near my home but never ordered from them before. I ordered today from them and did it online. It was so much easier. The menu was very accurate and descriptions were great. The prices were far better than most joints around town. The delivery of the food came quick and was hot and delicious. Ordered a large half plain/​half pepperoni pie with extra cheese, 2 sodas, and an order of zeppoli’s.
By far, the best pie I have had in Staten Island in a long time. A definite thumbs up. They even text me and sent an email about the time of order status. Very nice touch.

This is by far one of the best pizzeria’s on Staten Island. Its not just the pizza that is amazing but everything else as well. The rolls are made the way they are supposed to be made. Not like Pizza House on Arthur Kill Road. The french fries are as good as Nathan’s on Coney Island. They deliver in no time at all, when they say 30 minutes, they mean it. And the delivery people are so nice and always say a sincere thank you for the tip. (I do tip well though) I always ordered from Pizza House in the past but no more. I am in love!
