I have now come back here to see if things are still as bad as they were. They have gotten better and things seem to be on track. I am compelled to update my prior review.

One star is too good for this place. This has to be the worst DD in creation. They never have cups, lids, bagels other products etc. they constantly give you coffee or tea with spoiled milk or cream. They mess up every order you give them. They can’t even get toasting a bagel with extra butter correct. Come on corporate where are you with this location. Thank god we r starting to see other options now with more Starbucks and our first Tim Hortons and even McDonald’s. You have lost us as a good long time client!

Omg they need workers that speaks and understand English so they wouldn’t mess up my order!!! I ordered egg white and where is my egg white!!! Annoyed I didn’t get my egg white!!!
Don’t order the ice teas they are very nasty!!! A waste of money to me! This is my morning annoyance!

Never again will I return to the Dunkin Donuts on Forest Ave between Clove and Victory. The service was rude and just plain bad. I had to repeat my order several times and it still came out incorrectly, and they tried to overcharge me. When I mentioned the overcharge, they rolled their eyes at me. They were extremely rude to the customer before me as well. To make matters worse, my iced coffee tasted awful, but by that point I was too fed up to even deal with it, so I left unsatisfied and with left money than I had arrived with. The management at this location has ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS being associated with the good name of Dunkin Donuts. This review will go on Google+, Facebook, Twitter and other forums as well.
