Cafe Milano Pizzeria & Restaurant

I have eating pizza all over the world, and this is one of the worst pizza I have every had.

Have to say the penne vodka is delicious. Margarita pie is also very good. I would stick to that over the plain pie.

Was not at all impressed with the pizza. Moved to the area recently and had a pizza delivered from Milano. The sauce was bland and the bread was chewy.

I work at the hospital on bard and order at least once a week. They are always fast and the food is always fresh and delicious ! The wraps are great as are the salads. They have a wide variety of items on the menu as well. The delivery drivers are always so pleasant and nice. I deff need to go in and eat there one day.

As good as it gets. Fresh Marinara sauce you can see and taste the freshness. Delicious. I had the Chicken Parmagiano Hero. Yum. Chicken perfectly done with the right amound of sauce and mozzarella cheese on what tasted like a freshly baked Italian bread. It does not get any better than this I brought my 9 year old daughter with me and she asked me if we could return there every Thursday night to enjoy the same high quality delicious experience. I agreed and we look forward to returning again and again and again for the freshly baked Italian speciality sandwiches and pasta dishes we ate there which were so memorable due to the freshness. we thought that this Grade A establishment being located across the street from the worst food establishment on staten island, «Ho Brah’s» was ironic. We had just lost 41. plus tip the week before at that nightmare place (see my review) so it was great that when we returned to the area, we had the polar opposite experience of being pleased with fresh high quality ingredients at Café Milano Pizzeria and Restaurant.

I live out of town but whenever I have been in the area I have ordered from here. Shrimp parm & Caeser salad are A+++. Staff is always friendly.

For over 15 years… I’ve eaten at this restaurant or have had pizza/​food delivery from this Café/​Pizzeria.
I took my wife to lunch on her birthday we ordered fried calamari as an appetizer.
I ordered Grilled chicken in balsamic cream sauce over penne, my wife ordered shrimp oreganata.
The waitress was exceptionally attentive and the food was very good. I give the grilled chicken w/​balsamic cream sauce a ⁵⁄₅ and my wife says that her Shrimp Oreganata was ¾ of 5.
The appetizer was very large and the portions of food that we received were very generous, so generous that I had it for two meals and was full both times. I highly recommend this restaurant to family and friends constantly. Also if your in the mood for pizza… my favorite is the Vodka pie with ham as an extra topping the sauce and crust are out of this world and the way they blend in the mushrooms and sweet onions w/​fresh mozzarella is fantastic.

This is so far my #1 top fav pizza places here on the island. I love love LOVE this place and their pizza always taste so good and cheesy and smells so good! They deliver every single time (for the exception of once) within 20 minutes (not lying) to my house. Ive ordered from over locations and they were fast those times too. I love this place and the people are very pleasant!

I order from here and the food is sometimes good but the prices went up on every item but the quality of the food hasn’t gone up. I recently had fettuccini Alfredo and it was just a greasy mess of undercooked pasta. No one who tried it could take more than one bite. So to raise prices drastically on every item is kind of ridiculous if the food doesn’t improve.

My family and I order from here frequently and we have never been disappointed! Delicious pizza that is delivered fast and hot! Staff is also very friendly!

For years we have ordered their amazing pizza and food via delivery! We never actually went in to dine in the restaurant which is located next door.
Why why didn’t I come here yearssss ago!!! The food is outstanding!!! I can’t in words describe how good it is.
Fancy and romantic! Great for a party or date night! The prices are good and the portions are big.

Order the buffalo chicken pizza and it was the sloppiest crap I ever had. You could not even pick the slice up and eat cause it would just flop over. It was almost like someone poured soup of my pizza. Lack of creativity and as far as taste was just like eating soupy hot sauce w chunks of chicken.

My regular place. I mostly order delivery but have ate in the restaurant. .very professional staff and ambience is great. food is DELICIOUS. all that needs to really be known. delivery is super fast. delivery drivers basically know my address by heart so that may be why. can’t find a negative experience I ever had with my wonder Italian eatery. enjoy!

One of the better pizzerias in Staten Island and in the area. They have a good variety of toppings and pizza styles sold by the slice as well as Italian entrees. A cozy bar & restaurant is connected and staff is pretty accommodating… a good value.

Never again. I ordered from their pizzeria area not their restaurant, maybe that experience would have been better but it’s too late, I will never eat here again. My wife’s chicken parm was under cooked. My eggplant parm was cold and crunchy. To be fair, the potato croquets were okay but I might feel like that because everything else was so bad. With so many other bad to mediocre Italian restaurants on Staten Island, who needs this place? If you’re going to do Italian cuisine in an area already over-​saturated with it, you better bring your A game.

Ordered for delivery… it arrived in about 30 minutes — Good… but the lasagna was blah… I’ve had better.

OK I love milano’s medium spinach calzones. They will feed you for 2 days for 10.00. The only problem is because of their size the insides are Luke warm when delivered. But that is not a problem for me. Don’t mind throwing it in oven for the price, taste, and size its well worth it!!! Kudos Café Milano keep your calzones just the way they are and you’ll have a forever customer.

Very nice dining experience with generous portions and tasty food. I have been told the pizza may be lacking but the in-​establishment dining experience was great. Good time.

We placed a home delivery order. Things got off to a very good start when the girl taking the order, which was being charged to a bank card, actually knew what she was doing. We were told the order would arrive in 30 minutes but it came even sooner. We ordered a personal mozz pie with tomato and basil and a grilled chicken caeser salad. Both were excellent. The pizza had a nice thin crust, plenty of mozz and a pleasant tasting sauce. The salad was fresh and packed with sliced grilled chicken. I intend to go back to Café Milano soon.

I don’t have much to say about Café Milano. I grabbed a slice of pizza here yesterday (Buffalo chicken style) and found it to be perfectly acceptable. I didn’t have the opportunity to try their other selections or to dine in the Café itself so I can’t really comment as to the accuracy of some of the negative reviews on here.
From the one slice of pizza I had, I feel comfortable giving Café Milano a solid 3 stars. Maybe after some subsequent visits I’ll gather up some more information and revise my review at that point in time.
