Great food, great service, and friendly staff. The pizza is great. They also have a great budget friendly lunch special menu that I often do for takeout and an awesome 2 for 1 dinner special on certain week nights.

I’m actually very shocked at my order tonight. Nucci’s has always had quality food and tonight was an absolute embarrassment for them. We ordered a meatball parm hero and the meatballs looked like actual shit. Sorry for the blatant words but it’s the most accurate description. If I saw this on the street I would think this was dog shit. I asked for extra cheese on the chicken parm and there wasn’t and it was dry and looked like it’s been sitting out all day. So disappointed and will not be eating there anymore. There’s no excuse for the meatball, I’m still not sure that’s what it was that’s how bad it looked. The chef should be ashamed.

Everything on the menu is a home run from classics like Chicken Parmigiana to the Calamari with Nucci’s Sauce.

Love the pizza and the pasta. My other favorite food is fried calamari but theirs is not my favorite. Often chewy and soggy. Wouldn’t recommend the calamari.

I came here for my birthday back in April and this place is way better than any restaurant in Little Italy in NY. I visited NYC again this past week and I told myself if i come all the way to NY I have to go to Nucci’s for dinner again. This place is definitely worth the drive and dealing with all the traffic coming from the upper west side was definitely worth the trip to Staten Island. Only downside is there is a $ 16 toll from the Verrazano Bridge going into Staten Island. But it was the best $ 16 i ever spent. The food is outstanding. My two favorites are the foccacia bread that is only served at dinner time and the eggplant parmesan. Service is on point. Never had to reach out to a waiter. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing. And the customers seem to know all the staff or know one another in the establishment. Feels like being in your own kitchen with your own personal chef who cooks heavenly. All i can say is I love this place and so far everything I’ve eaten here has been amazing. My friend ordered the tortellini and she had no complaints. The sauce was just the right amount and it was extremely tasty and fresh.

I thought the garbage pie here was delicious. I went here with my husband and in-laws and we had a great time. We ordered three different pies and all were delicious. Definitely try the garbage pie if you’re into a lot of toppings, its delicious!

If I could give it less of a rating I would. Where do I begin the décor were red flags if a establishment doesn’t care about it’s appearance they will treat the food the same way. I sat down and the bread that was given was old and cold. At least pop it in the oven fake the funk. Then the salad came out looking like it been out all day. The dressing let’s just say it’s water down. I order a chicken parmesan at a Italian restaurant and got a breaded chicken from a deli that was covered with cheese and drizzled Mariana from a can. Now the worst part how you mess up noodles is just foolish don’t think they boiled the noodles with salt it tasted raw so I sent it back which is rare and got a slice it was ok. Overall experience terrible and how empty it was I’m not the only one.

I think the food here is great! I live too far away to frequent but always try to make it there. Just had the vongole clams in red sauce this weekend and it was amazing! The sunday sauce is delicious too!

For all the reviews that suggest this place is hit or miss, I definitely found a hit. I brought 20 friends postgame from the Staten Island Yankees, actually not quite post– because the game was a scorefest, and we heard Nucci’s was closing the kitchen after 10:30. So we left in the 8th inning with the score 12 – 5 or something ridiculous and headed over. Nucci’s was very accommodating, waiting for us to get there, seating our whole group at that late time, and making us all a number of pizzas.(Yes, they made some nice money doing so, but it makes it that much later before they can get out at the end of the night.) First of all, they brought us some delicious bread, which most places won’t do if you just order pizza. And there were generous amounts. They also brought out pitchers of soda for the tables. They did charge by the pitcher, though we weren’t counting whether they gave us a couple of free refills on them.(Probably did.) Again, they were happy to bring out different pitchers and refill even past their closing time at 11. The pizza came out promptly, and it was true Staten Island pizza. Exceptionally thin crust, coated appropriately with cheese, and only the absolute best sauce. Tangy, tomatoey, as good as the finest red sauce on any gourmet pasta dish, but reserved for our pies. Pies with toppings had them spread out evenly and with the right number(though I don’t complain if they go over, I would have problems if they went under). There was barely a spare crumb or morsel of cheese by the time we left, attesting to the quality and taste. Until I have a bad experience, I’m going to assume good things, and I would definitely return!

The Nucci’s Calamari is amazing. Such a better taste then traditional fried calamari. The pizzas are great too.

I came here with a friend cause they offer dine in plates from Mon-Thurs. from 4pm-10pm you buy one platter and get one free which is pretty awesome especially a a time like this. I had me the clams and mussels over pasta in white wine sauce plus you get a salad with your entrée which I asked for creamy Italian dressing when I got the salad it felt like they just washed the salad and not drain it out completely and my salad was watery with the dressing. THATWASTASTELESS! My main course came out and the pasta was very dry and stiff and I just enjoyed the the mussels that came out with it, was not that great at all. I was not crazy at all about there food and think it lacked a lot of flavor and just not good. Now I see why they have pour reviews. The whole deal is good but at least be some decent food. I will not be back here!

I have not tried the pizza and I see some horrible reviews. This review is on the dining only. Monday-Thursday they have a great special menu which is buy one entrée get one free. I came for a Thursday night dinner with my friend and the restaurant was pretty busy. I chose penne vodka for my entrée with a blue cheese house salad and a glass of Pinot Noir. I was really in the mood for Chicken Francaise but it wasn’t on the special menu. For the deal I found the food to be pretty good. Our waiter was very polite but after our dessert we didn’t seem him for a while to get the check. I will definitely go back for that weekday deal.

The pizza is absolute garbage and the people who actually have the balls to serve it to you should be fucking ashamed of themselves. They should take that tip jar they have on the take out counter and insert it in there fucking asses!
