Ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich which comes with mayo, lettuce, and tomato and I added American cheese to it. What I received was a measly chicken cutlet on bread. Literally nothing else.

I been going here the last 2 years everything I’ve ordered is great. The portions are huge and at a great price. I had a few parties in the dining area the staff was great. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Pizza is standard, but if you go in after 8 to get a pie they kinda act like you shot at one of them. Which you shouldn’t do. Trust me they’ll find you. But yea, pizza maker guy evil eyed me the entire time. Felt like he was gonna anthrax my pizza. Anyway they made me anxious so now I can’t go back. Ever.

The staff was perfectly friendly and inviting but this is hands-down the worst pizza I have ever eaten. It was flat crust with very little cheese(which tasted nothing like mozzarella), piled up toppings, and way too much tomato sauce. Never spend your money here. We regretted it…

If McDonalds made the chicken rollatini it would’ve tasted better. The oven baked chicken wasn’t much better. There was absolutely no flavor at all to the meal. I would not recommend & definitely won’t go back. Pretty much the worst meal I ever had.

I recommend. The food is very good and they have buy one get one free deals. I also had my 30th birthday party here in their private room and they were very accommodating. For a pizza place I definitely recommend it.

I’ve been here a couple of times with my mom, who loves getting a good bargain. This place has two for one entrees. You heard me. You get a big italian entrée, like chicken parm or eggplant rolitini, with a choice of a nice salad or an enormous serving of pasta, and two people eat for a grand total of $ 20 including tax and tip!!! The food is good. Ambiance isn’t anything exciting.

The staff here is amicable but moody at times The wallpaper and furnishings aren’t bad but they aren’t anything special Benvenuti’s lack originality like many of the local indistinguishable pizzerias in great kills that all share a similar mediocre taste. My only«real» complaint with them is that they often under-cook their pies which leaves you with a soggy pizza that i could use as a sponge to clean their counter tops. On one occasion i ate at the pizzeria with a few friends and once they laid out the square pie in front of us we noticed it was under-cooked immediately. I asked for them to put it back in for a few minutes and they took a lot of offense, as if i didn’t know what i was talking about. I come from a very strong Italian family and have worked in a kitchen before making pizza, i can tell when my pizza is not cooked ALL the way. I hate to make an establishment sound bad because some staff might try very hard but if they want me as a customer again they will have to make plenty of improvements food wise. You are much better off going to pronto pizza

This place is another example of the sad trend of Staten Island pizzeria’s going from great to terrible. Used to be maybe my second or third favorite places on the island. They must of lost their top pizza maker. Now its just like every other lame eghh soso place on the Island. I mean if you havent experienced good pizza in the past you might think this place is okay. But people that know pizza know to forget about it and kick this pizzeria out of their rotation of places to grab a slice at

This place is great. It is always my go-to place to order in Italian at home because their calamari and Chicken Parm pizza are amazing. Not to mention their Marinara sauce– Omg. SOGOOD they sell it by the quart! Lol! But tonight– we decided to dine in. Every Sun-Thurs they have a dinner special– 4 courses for $ 12.50. Must be a recession special, but I loved it! You get big portions of every course. I ordered caesar salad, rigatoni ala vodka, fried calamari and chocolate ice cream. Their was so much pasta and calamari, I had to take some home. I left completely full and satisfied. I def recommend this place to everyone. Its a great time to try it during the special and it will have you coming back for more. They have a dining room for dinner and a seperate entrance for Pizza orders/pickups. Very nice room, very cozy and cute for a date or a family night out.

I just had to take the time to write in because Benevenuti is my favorite restaurant on Staten Island. It is small and not very fancy, but the prices are so cheap and more importantly, their food, including their sauce, is the best.(What good is an Italian restaurant/pizzeria with bad sauce!) They have specials during the week, with a huge olive/vegetable laden salad, and they give you pizza slices in the bread basket. Then you get an amazing entrée with a choice of a pasta and a dessert included for something like $ 12.00 per person. Trust me, by the time you get to the dessert, you will be very full and satisfied. As an added bonus, the owners and staff are extremely pleasant and accomodating.
