Flooring Lane

Flooring Lane installed laminate floors in our kitchen and hallways and slate in our entry way in South Lake Tahoe. They did an excellent job and were on schedule.

A few months ago I bought a house in South Lake Tahoe and I wanted to put in a new hardwood floor and a fresh carpet for upstairs. It’s an old house with strange corners and angles, so I was a bit worried how this all would turn out. After searching for a while I found Serg and his company Flooring Lane and I’m super stoked how this all worked out!
He and his crew did a superb job with both the hardwood floor and the carpet. I’m really happy how they provided smart solutions for all the challenges this house came with. For example, in the center of one of the rooms sits a hatch that gives access to the crawling space. They were able to integrate the hatch cover in a very organic way with the rest of the hardwood floor.
As I said, the house comes with some funky angles. Using laser tools they made sure the floor was aligned throughout all the rooms on the downstairs without any discontinuities or seams. It looks really good!
I work in the hi-​tech industry in the Bay Area as a product engineer and can really appreciate this craftsmanship and creative problem solving skills!

Sometimes you get lucky.
Having just purchased a home in Stale Line, we were poised to make a number of improvements. Flooring Lane offered great value, good product variety and excellent customer service.
