Stonehenge at Tahoe

The Morrow Retreat was so much more than we expected. Having been to Tahoe so many times, we knew this holiday season we wanted some real snow time without having to go out of state which is what we usually do. We have skiers and snowboarders and they had an exceptional time at Heavenly. Snow couldn’t have been more perfect. But, the house was just right for us. There was our 3 adult daughters and my wife and I. The house was very comfortable and plenty of room. Very clean, great kitchen and every room was so large, it was perfect. We also had our 2 little dogs and the street was so much fun for them to romp up and down. The snow guys kept the streets in great shape for us to go in and out with our truck. We had guests come to visit and they were so impressed with the house and the area. We hope we can come back soon.

We rented a Tahoe Keys home from this property manager. We specifically told her we were bringing a boat and needed a boat dock, that was our #1 reason for a home in the Keys. When we got to the home, it was nice, but the boat dock was out of the water. When we called her to find out what was going on she said she would send a boat dock guy over right away, in the mean time use the next door dock (lucky no one was there all week). The boat dock guy showed up 2 days later and informed us that the dock was not a functioning dock and had not been in 5 YEARS!!! How do you advertise a dock that is not in the water!!! Then our water heater went out and she asked if one of the «boys» could fix it! WE ARE ON VACATION!!! When she showed up I tried to talk to her about getting some sort of refund on the house for it is NOT what we paid for! She ran off saying to put it in writing!!! Rosemarie is Horrible and so is her company! Horrible customer service and false representation of the homes she lists! We stayed at the Morrow Retreat listed on the website! Horrible Lady!!! We paid $ 2500.00 for 4 nights and got jack! So if the number one reason you are renting a vacation home in the Keys don’t rent 2156 Morro Dr. It does not have a functioning dock! It has been out of the water for 5 YEARS!
