Okinawa Japanese Restaurant

Ordered delivery and it was awful. Immediately spit out the food.
I ordered a spicy tuna roll and it smelled way too fishy but I thought maybe I was just over sensitive. After attempting to eat the food I understood why, the fish was so gross I couldn’t believe they would serve it. I decided to drive back down and ask for my money back and they argued with me for fifteen minutes. Why would I return food I wanted to eat? Clearly only one piece of sushi was missing so I didn’t eat the entire thing then just want my money back.
Then they decided to do a smell test. She took the sushi and told everyone to smell it. Then told me nothing was wrong with it. I don’t think smelling something is a valid method to ensure a customer the food is fine.
Anyway got my money back but not until I refused to leave without it.

Ordered sushi and it was absolutely disgusting. The rice was gross, the fish was gross, the avocado was gross and old. Even my side salad was gross with brown lettuce… how does a restaurant go wrong with lettuce?! Save your money with this place, it’s diarrhea heaven!

As Dave H. said, 3 stars was generous, so I’m making up for it. I don’t have much to say because I only ordered out here once. Once was enough though.
I ordered sushi, which was absolutely disgusting. Probably the worst I’ve ever had. The fish was old and smelly, and the other ingredients were as far from fresh as they could be without being rotten.
If you have the ridiculous desire to go here, message me and I’ll slap you in the face. You’ll thank me.

It’s a Japanese restaurant with fast-​food restaurant style chairs — weird, huh?
There’s a sushi bar but no evidence that it was being used. I was there for lunch, however. There were a few other tables/​booths full.
The food isn’t anything to write home about (I ordered udon noodles, my friend some sushi rolls), so I think three stars is pretty generous.
