Worst carrier ever. I haven’t encounter any problems with receiving any packages before until Neiman Marcus used Fedex to ship my order. First, I didn’t receive the package, yet the shipping status showed” delivered”. Second, none of the staff has any idea where the package is. Third, they asked a bunch of irrelevant questions. All of other carriers including UPS and USPS work well with my shipping address. Just avoid this by any chances
