Well, we love Moe’s and don’t have one, so this was a very similar concept. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, bowls, or salads made from what’s on the food line — chicken, shrimp, beef, etc(they do have more choices than Moe’s or Chipotle’s it seemed like on meat). You can add one of 2 types of rice, black or refried beans, lots of vegetables, cheese, salsas, and even guacamole for the base price(although it took a bit of questioning to learn it was included). I ended up with a ridiculously overstuffed burrito and fresh jalapeños on the side(as I wanted to monitor the heat). We had quesoritas but since we were traveling we had the quest on the side. When we got around to eating them, they were good — and filling. I could barely eat half mine with out quest and I am not a really light eater. I ended up adding jalapeños to the quest and having it for dinner — it was very good, too. My only issues were they don’t serve any salsa on the side(as far as I could tell) without a charge and my burrito needed more salsa even though I had them add 3 different ones — corn, hottest, and fresh tomato. Once we added jarred salsa, it was much better. Even if they only offered one generic salsa complimentary it would up their game. On the other hand, the guacamole added was generous with nice chunks of avocado. While they don’t include chips/salsa like Moe’s, we rarely ate those so that was a wash — we didn’t waste chips. Just wish we had a side of salsa. Our two quesoritas were $ 18 with tax — not bad for the amount of food but if you just eat meat/cheese/beans, it would be high.

While the food is good, be aware of menu pricing and what you are actually charged. I’ve been charged more than the menu price on more than one occasion. And when I questioned the difference, the cashier had a condescending remark rather than a willingness to figure out the issue. However, the management will straighten it out and explain the issue to the cashiers.

My wife and I stopped in here for lunch. The atmosphere is great. Always like being able to see my food prepared in front of me. Takes the same concept as subway with burritos. I ordered a pulled pork with onion peppers tomatoes and cheese with the combo of chips and dip. Made the mistake of getting a whole instead half. It was WAY more than I could eat. Friendly wait staff and food preps as well. Wouldn’t mind seeing a larger beer selection though.

Watch out for this place. I ordered 3 soft tacos off the menu and they charged me for individual tacos rather then the combo price. I can’t help but think this was a deliberate attempt to overcharge me(individual tacos aren’t even listed as an option)

One of the reason I love college towns is that most times the food is going to pretty good. Seriously who wants to upset 10,000+ students? Similar to Moe’s, without the annoying«Welcome to Moe’s» and quieter than a Chipolte’s it has your standard Mexican offerings… except for the Quesorito, which is a burrito smothered in warm liquid Queso… Ding Ding Ding We have A Winner! I went with the staffs suggestion, the Quesorito, and it turned out to be a true taste sensation. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and all of the fixings were fresh and crunchy. The chips were your standard chips but the medium salsa did taste fresh.

Chipotle has got some competition. The food is great, tastes as fresh, the service is great from the moment you walk into the line from the time you leave, they give you generous portions for agreeable prices. I would take a picture of my food but I ate it already.

The food is very fresh and taste is great! Guacamole is fresh! Chips are crispy! Healthy and fresh choices are nice. Brown rice and black beans were very good. Try the corn salsa! Very good all around. Staff were very helpful with the menu and the serving line. Fresh lime and lemons are at the drink station. Very good food!

I went the second day they were open. The line was to the door. It look about 10 – 12 minutes or so to be able to order our food. So the line wasn’t super fast nor was it slow. If you’ve ever been to Chipotle or Booyas, it’s a similar style where you tell them what you want on your burrito, tacos etc. There’s plenty of variety with salsas, add ons and there was even an option for shrimp. After ordering my total was $ 11.25, that was for a burrito bowl with chicken, chips and a drink. Oh and also they charge extra for veggies. Idk why, but they do, though they didn’t tell me when I asked for them. Thus I paid more than I’ve ever spent at Chipotle for one meal. The food was okay. Nothing special. The managers and workers were working non-stop with orders and clearing tables. We’ll see how long that kind of service lasts.
