FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Fedex office is currently open Monday thru friday and has been verified as open. They are currently open. Like I said above open. Who ever says they are closed are wrong. Open Monday thru friday.

I’ve been here a few times for copy jobs have never left pleased/​satisfied.
I went to drop off a FedEx package and had to wait in line for 5 minutes to just hand it to someone.
So, yeah. Meh.

I have noticed an odd, but persistent pattern, wherever I go. UPS is routinely terrible at delivering packages (and stores them in highly inconvenient locations when it makes me pick them up) but FedEx is routinely terrible at letting me send them (and seems staffed by mysteriously unhelpful people). In an ideal world I would receive everything by FedEx, and send everything by UPS. When I sent packages to myself, they would be inter-​lined.
The FedEx at Tressider continues the pattern. I walked in with a heavy box of books only to learn that they «don’t do» FedEx ground. That is, they will let you drop off a ground package, but they won’t print or sell you a ground label, only an air label. Why, was not explained. I was sent to a nearby computer lab where I managed to create a label but proved unable to print it (thanks, Stanford computing!), and ultimately had to give up and take my package to the post office, where I paid twice as much to somebody who was at least happy to take my money and my package. And thanks to all of the running around, I nearly missed my flight.

Went in there to send a 10 page fax. I wait at the counter while an employee pretends I’m not there. After some gesturing and polite calls, I flag him down. He types in the fax number — oops, its busy. He says — check your number, it must be wrong. It is not wrong. Ok, no problem, I have 2 alternative numbers that are hopefully not busy. We type in the second one. Still busy. He says (and I kid you not), «this is the last try, I have other things to do.»
Well, I’m sure we ALL have better things to do, but i need to send this fax, that’s why I’m in Fedex. We try the last number. Still busy (by the way, this fax is to the DMV). He wanders off.
I’m left alone for 10 mins as he refuses to answer my queries.
Eventually, the other fedex employee helping customers post packages comes over to help me out. Total time spent in fedex: 1 hour, to send a simple 10 page fax.
I’m only coming here if there are no other options.
