This restaurant has two locations in stamford, the other one is Fiesta on Atlantic street which is horrible and empty and poor customer service. I went there and someone recommended me this location on Shippan. Food is delicious, had a polla a la brasa. perfect, and the Aji sauce was amazing! Customer service was on point and it was quite busy however the wait staff is very attentive. Dont miss out in this authentic peruvian restaurant!

This place is amazing! The food is to die for and their sauce is incredible. The waitstaff are very fast and friendly. Chaufa is my favorite but the lomo is probably the best in town.

I’m a regular here with my boyfriend and we loveee this place! The sauce is to die for, no joke. Like i love it so much. But anyways the atmosphere is great, the music is great & the servers are nice. Sometimes it could be a little too salty but all in all, it’s one of my favorite peruvian restaurants.

The food is delicious and despite the very busy atmosphere the owners hospitality shone through from the very beginning when he came out to help us properly park because we were unable to see the front. The waitress are equally lovely and despite the busy atmosphere our food was prepared and brought out quickly

Used to be Fiesta. Viva has new face lift new furniture. No more liquor license. No more beer. Mussels appetizer was yum. The whole fried fish with yummy green sauce is well worth the money. Fried pork chops were pretty good. Skirt steak with chimmachuri sauce(which did not come with but I used the green sauce) was not very good. Kinda chewy and nothing to write home about. Sorry I don’t know the real Spanish name of dishes. Friendly wait staff.

Amazingly good Peruvian menu. This is the best Lomo Saltado in town. If it’s your first visit and that’s what you think you’d like, you can’t go wrong with that. The people who work here are very nice and they will serve you promptly or let you relax. Just let them know if you’re in a hurry and they always come through

Went here around 12 noon and it was the perfect time to go. Enough parking, not packed, super friendly nice staff and attentive. We got our food quickly, the pollo la brasa was great and the arroz chaufa(a bit salty though)! But the order I got, milenesa de carne wasn’t too good. The salad was a bit overly salty and the steak was too cooked and even burnt. But nonetheless I definitely will be back. Friendly attentive staff always makes the experience better.

The food is ways good, but you will have to wait awhile even during lunch when you think the meals should be flying off the grill. Same crew as fiesta just a new inside
