Travel Spectrum

I honestly don’t think this place deserves one star. I called this travel agency on Monday to get some information on prices to travel to London to Paris. The person I spoke with was Zul and he was okay when I made the first call. He said he would give me a call with some rates so I can get an idea on how much money I would be paying. He did give me a call back and gave me rates and offered for me to come into their office to sit down and look at other packages. I informed him that I would do some research on my own first and if I want to move forward I will come in later that week. He called me later that week and I informed him that I am going to hold off with moving forward because I put myself a package together at an excellent rate (almost 1500 less at a 4 star hotel) he flipped out on the phone and said «I told you we could find something cheaper, I have you rates for 5 star hotel» I informed him that I understand but right now… CLICK (he hung up on me). I was in disbelief that he treated a potential customer like that and although I put things on hold right now, I could had referred someone else. Hell No, I would never refer anyone nor will I do business with them in the future. So unprofessional, I called him back twice and was sent to voicemail which I thought that was weird too.

Zul planned our trip for Europe and did an awesome job. If your in the Houston area and need a good company to go with, use this guy. He is there for any time day or night if something bad happens as well.

We are so grateful we found Zul to help plan our recent vacations. We were a little apprehensive booking a trip to Costa Rica. Zul went above and beyond to make sure our trip was a flawless, exciting, but relaxing vacation. The flight, transfers, resort, excursions were all absolutely wonderful.
