Steve-O’s Bbq Burgers

Another win for the Stafford area, I didn’t expect food trucks to exist here but Steve-o’s has proven to be an excellent go-​to for comfort food in a snap. I typically go here when I’m in the mood for a good burger and the «King royal» (bacon and a fried egg on top) is my primary choice.
Steve’s menu changes constantly which allows me to look forward to new food items like the smoked mac and cheese. I also recently tried the flatbread smoked pizza which was very filling (I got the small size) and he uses naan for the bread which is a big plus! I’m also a fan of the bacon-​wrapped jalapenos and can’t wait to try the BBQ items (brisket, ribs, etc.).
I always make sure to get the fried oreos which are my favorite and sometimes he will offer fried nutter butters!
Great service, friendly people and awesome food. I would call ahead of time if you’re in a hurry because Steve makes everything fresh to order but it’s totally worth the wait!
