If you want doctors that treat you like dirt, have to do surgery on you 3 times in a year because they «forgot» what the problem was when they go into surgery the first few times, and openly LIE to you and your family then these doctors are for you. As for me, I will no longer let the these people touch me or my family. They are horrible, fraudulent and downright malicious. They cut my mother’s tendon in surgery and LIED to my face thinking I wouldn’t eventually find out when I brought her back a few days later. When I brought the video I had taped to their attention he called me a trouble maker and a liar– you can’t lie when it’s on video! Can someone please explain to me how you do surgery twice and «forget» what you’re there to be doing surgery on??? Please don’t go to these doctors!

The front desk staff were very nice and efficient, and my wait wasn’t long.
The nurse taking my vitals was in training, but she had someone experienced with her to insure she did everything correctly. Before doing any unnecessary x-​rays they had the Dr examine me, which was great so i wouldn’t be billed for something i didn’t need!
Dr Derner was just as kind and smart as i remembered from the last time i saw him, twenty years ago. Luckily he assured me i do not have all the issues my mother and grandmother have with their feet and that i can just come back once a year or as needed! He also showed me diagrams of what the joints are supposed to do and why mine aren’t doing it. I’ll definitely be coming back yearly or as needed.

I was sad to see Dr. Cashdollar leave, but I will say that Dr. Creech is a splendid replacement! My wife, Father-​in-​law, and I are all patients of Dr. Creech and we always get the best care and treatment by the staff and the great Dr. Creech! Other clinics should be so good to their patients.

After FINALLY getting a referral from the all mighty Tricare gods, I was able to get my son in at this office within 24 hours for his infected ingrown toenail. We had previously went to our PCM in Dumfries, on 12/​30, where she tortured my poor son, and sent us home (without a specialty referral) with basic field instructions for a corpsman to utilize in combat on a Marine with an ingrown toenail — resulting in making the infection worse and leaving my son in copious amounts of pain and discomfort. After A few days i emailed and demanded the referral. Then I had to wait the 3 business days to activate that referral… Making the appt at Stafford Foot and Ankle was quick and painless, we got there and had to fill out a couple papers– not much at all. My son and I were taken back almost immediately, I think the girls were waiting on ME to finish up that paperwork! Anyway– my son was extremely anxious and beyond frightened after what happened at Dumfries– to the point his entire body was trembling, he was sweating and I really thought he would pass out… The girls were so comforting and set him at ease as best they could until the Doc came in. Dr Scripps performed the procedure in like 15 mins. Super knowledgable, answered all my questions, and he was extremely patient and sensitive to my sons EXTREME fear— given what he had experienced a few weeks before, by the PCM… After it was all said and done my son was so surprised it didn’t hurt as bad as he anticipated. We received clear post procedure instructions, and I got a follow up call today while he was at school. I’m so thankful for this practice– my son is no longer in pain, and I feel better knowing the infection should be under control. Thank you, to this entire practice for resolving this issue for my son, all in one day. Wish it could all be this easy!

I was a walk in today to make an appt, i have never been seen in the office before. I was referred by another physician in Stafford. When i walked in i was the only person in the waiting room and the front desk girl made me feel like i was putting her out. I was very friendly and had been looking for a good foot office, I really really hope the care with the docs is better. I will only give them one chance, unlike other reviews who say they have gone back several times because they were left waiting. I also work in the medical field and understand that time is valuable to a person. I also know that your front desk people are the face of your office, first impression was everything, and it wasn’t that great. Fingers crossed.

Dr. Cashdollar is attentive, thorough and always takes time to listen to my situation and make me feel heard. The staff is cheerful, helpful and caring. Best medical office staff I’ve ever encountered. Some people have rated them low because of wait time, but I’ve never waited more than 10 – 15 minutes, usually in and out within 45 mins.

I’ve had about 20 appointments here in the past 2 years, and the wait time each and every time is consistently 40 – 60 minutes. Even if you arrive early (as I did today), you spend 30 minutes waiting in the waiting room, and then they make you wait in an exam room for another 10 – 30 minutes. The ladies up front are very helpful and advised me to make my appointment time for the first slot after lunch, but when I arrived today, there were already FIVE other names on it. For a 15 minute slot! For ONE doctor! Come on Stafford Foot and Ankle, that is beyond ludicrous and shows what a total lack of respect you have for your patients’ time. Today may be my last straw. As I write this, I’ve been waiting for 43 minutes…

Mixed review. I love the care I get here– love! Dr. Roussel is awesome and he really helped me. But, they will let you sit there and languish in the waiting room when they are behind. I finally had to walk out at my last appointment because he was so far behind that it was taking forever. I have very little time I can be away from work (limited sick hours) and had no choice– had to go. Now I have to make yet another appointment and lose even more sick time. It was deeply frustrating.

I have seen both Dr. Derner and Dr. Cashdollar, both docs are amazing. The staff at the Stafford location are fantastic. They took care of scheduling and insurance needs smoothly and without hassle. Highly recommended!
