McDonald’s

Nothing special happening here… Was in a hurry to head to a high school football game, so I stopped in for a Big Mac and fries and a drink. The fries were really nice, some of the best I’ve had at McDonald’s in a long time. The big Mac didn’t taste warm and fresh and definitely didn’t have enough sauce on it, as it was dry.
The service was OK, what you would expect from McDonald’s. Also, what happened to the cheap prices? It was nearly $ 10 for what I ordered!
But, honestly, there’s a reason why (until this time) I’ve not eaten at McDonald’s in about 4 years! Probably be another 4 years before I consider going back. If they don’t change back to the way they were in the 80’s, they might as well go out of business and you’d be better off enjoying ChickFilA!

This place is closer to my work, they kinda rush to have your food ready without quality and I had a large hazelnut ice coffee taste supper light… Not even coffee taste at all, so disappointed. And they said they out of stub just because they want to get to the next one behind. I’m not that hurry, just don’t want to have a bad mood after leaving the restaurant … It’s not the first time neither. I just forgot but not this time anymore, rather go little bit farther away. Thanks

Arrived at the drive thru tonight about 10:10 tonight. Made my order of 1 strawberry shake and 1 mc flurry. Sat there for 25 minutes without moving. Finally moving to the window the staff hands me a melted shake and mc flurry. I asked how long it had sat and her response was I just made it. It was obvious that it melted long ago. Residue left from the shake and whip cream all over the lid. My mc flurry was in the same condition. I asked for if to be remade and she was completely offended by my request. Ugh! So she had me move to a parking spot, so while waiting I walked up to the window and it appeared that most the staff was hanging out and chilling, or cleaning. I understand wanting to get outa there but when your drive thru has 6 cars waiting and multiple cars driving away the manager needs to step up to the plate and push thru the late rush and get his/​her employees working. I’ve never waited 25 min at any McDonald’s ever. Never seen such poor performance. I’m a GM at restaurant in DC and I would be having a meeting after tonight’s issues.

I have lately been craving their ice cream, whether it be a come or hot fudge sundae, and it’s been disappointing as of late. Generally, I get a break with fries no salt, which they execute as peperfectly for me as they can, but I’ve gotten two sundaes in the past week and asked for extra nuts for both– first time, I got no nuts, second time I got one packet. I should check my order before I leave, but I’m trusting by nature.

Terrible error-​to-​order ratio, slower than the average McDonald’s, lattes are made ridiculously badly. Employees are nice, but I’d rather have rude service and the right order!
If you just want fries and have time, go for it. Otherwise, pass this place up.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. 90% of the time they don’t even have what you want. The service is terrible, they always seem to get the orders wrong or forget to give you something. I know you dont expect good stuff from mcdonalds, but this one is even worse then the rest.

Greeted with silent blank stares, order was not correct, staff are loud, rude and argumentative with one another. Ordered coffee and wasn’t offered cream or sugar. I would not allow my kid to work here.

Hate this McDonalds! So the Manager is in the back making sandwiches with gloves on, while talking on the phone… Whats the use in wearing gloves if you’re touching all over a cordless phone thats been some of everywhere. They are holding on everything. I cam through the drive through but have been waiting inside 10 minutes for my food! Overall they still SUCK!

McDonalds in general has the worst service of the fast food behemoths, and I include Hardee’s in that. Hardee’s is not top of the bad service list, although it IS close, they just have what, 3 locations? So no one knows about them. McDonalds is in category of its own. And THIS particular McDonalds is about the worst I have been in. The kids run the place, the managers are trying to be their friends and require nothing of them, and no one does any work. One morning, I waited for a number of minutes for someone at the counter to simply look my way, when a regular customer came up, asked «Have you been served yet?» I said no, she yelled to the back: «Girls! Get a move on!» I thought she was the franchise owner, but she was just a regular customer who met with friends for their morning cuppa. The drive-​through is clearly the priority here… customers who dare to some into the restaurant are largely ignored, and if they do take your order after a time, you are put behind the next car to come to the drive-​through. The cashier (singular, as there is never more than one, in my experience) rarely exhibits anything resembling customer service, and expects YOU to thank HER (or HIM, not to be sexist) for waiting on you. I wait to hear a ‘thank-​you’ but it rarely, if ever, comes. The only reason I come to this store as opposed to the two others near where I am staying, is that it is usually empty most times, even the lunch rush is sparse, and I can work on my computer for a while, unmolested. This morning, I ordered and waited… and waited… and waited. My order was for the items as made, no special orders. A guy comes in after me, orders a few things, all of which were special orders, and his food came just after mine. And I waited a good 5 minutes. Just when I was about to demand my money back for breach of service (sounds good, doesn’t it? Breach of Service… I shoulda been a lawyer, but I digress…) Anyway, just before terminal velocity was reached, my food came. Well, the LAST of my food came. I had ordered a bagel sandwich and a sausage burrito-​the burrito being the last thing placed on my tray. The bagel was cold and chewy by the time i got to my table, and the «fresh» burrito was barely warm. I put fresh in quotes, as the cashier said «Sorry for the wait, but that burrito came out fresh for you!» fresh from a short stay in the microwave, maybe. On 25% power. I think she expected me to fall to my knees and thank her profusely for deigning to bring me a «fresh» burrito. I resisted the impulse. She never thanked me, and I said not a word in reply. Upon going to my table, I saw a rolling cart full of trays blocking access to the table. I moved it aside, to the staff door to the cashier line, and began to eat. An employee who was cleaning the lobby (when not chatting with the young man behind the counter), began to mop the floor near my table. The cart I had placed neatly and out of the way by the door, she shoved to the next table, blocking access to it, and creating a tripping hazard. A manager (I think) came by, and I pointed out the situation. By then the employee had moved to another part of the lobby. The manager goes to move the offending cart, and the employee reappears, whining «I was going to clean those!!!» Not once, not twice, but three times. So the manager does what any friend would do: she shoves the fully under tha table, where someone sitting there would be SURE to crack a shin, and says «Then put it UNDER the table!» No, silly, put it behind the wall, out of the way of customers so no one gets hurt or trips or anything untoward. But this is beyond the capabilities of this crew. I think next time I come here, I will bring a «slip and fall» lawyer with me to begin the lawsuit for tripping over the stuff the employees leave lying around.

Im currently sitting in a boat fishing after eating at this Mcdonalds and the farts I have can only be described as ‘toxic’. Im almost positive that im killing aerial wildlife with the cloud of noxious gas. My day will no doubt end with leaving a trail of clothing through the front yard of my house as i run to make a deposit in the porcelain water bank. Im keeping it real… Real regular… With Mcdonalds.

FANTASTIC! BEST MCDONALDS IN STAFFORD! ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS have gotten the right order from this McDonalds, the staff is COURTEOUS. Even though this one is a little out of my way I go here. Parking lot has plenty of space and the place is normally speedy and not too busy. BRAVO!
