I like it here. Food is good and salad bar is the best around. Try the chicken Bella with spaghetti squash.

I had not been in a Ruby Tuesday’s for YEARS! Pretty good lunch! My daughter and I each had the salad bar which was just as good as I remembered and very fresh. We shared an order of the spinach artichoke dip which was also very good and loaded with chunks of artichokes. I deducted a star because although our service was pretty timely, our waitress could have been more friendly and attentive.

Now I remember why I haven’t been to this place in so long. I went with a large group for dinner tonight and I can’t say that anyone was super WOW’d by their meal. I personally ended up getting a burger without the bun and request for extra bacon(which did not happen) When the waitress came back, I explained that I had asked for extra bacon and I kid you not, her exact response was«What? You don’t think it has enough bacon on it» there were only 2 slices of bacon! My plate consisted of, a burger, 2 pieces of onion rings on top and THAT’S IT! I had to ask for the lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, whatever else that usually comes with a burger. I will say though, the Zucchini side is very delicious and I would highly recommend it to anyone. What an awful experience. I felt the waitress had an attitude with us from the time that we were seated. Asked her for a refill when our meals first came out and we were done and she still had not brought out my drink. There was a large portion of steak left over on someone’s plate which we requested a box for and the box just never made it out! Most definitely will not be going back to this place again, and I honestly didn’t even know that they were still open!!!

I’ve been coming here for years, I used to work at a different location when I was younger. The Fox never ceases to amaze me! Best handcrafted burgers in town! Salad bar is smaller than some locations, but still had everything a person could want! Buffalo chicken burger is my go to item, with a side of blue cheese dressing! Definitely try it!

Not impressed. Ordered a burger– it was just barely OK, and not very flavorful, but was absolutely NOT worth $ 10. my side of fries was a laughably small portion. bartender was much more interested in the hockey game on TV than his customers. and the salad bar? WOW. what has happened to Ruby Tuesday??? You guys used to have bar none the best salad bar in town. the salad bar now is just a pathetic imitation of what it used to be. it’s almost like it is an afterthought. I actually went in here intending on ordering a salad bar, because I remember with the salad bar used to be like. However, after seeing it, that’s when I opted for a burger instead. when I got to the restaurant and I took the bartender about five minutes to acknowledge me, I almost walked out. I really should have, and gone to five guys instead. I would’ve spent about $ 10 there, gotten a much better burger and fries, and gotten much much better service. if this particular Ruby Tuesday is any indication of what is happening across the chain, then I look for them to be closing their doors soon. you got two stars because at least my beer was cold.

I have always had poor service from Ruby Tuesdays but my wife loves it so I find myself giving the a third forth and fifth chance. But I end up getting the same poor service each and every time I go. The manager did try to smooth things over and thats the only reason they get 2 stars. The food is decent but not for the price. The service is always poor and from what I have found it is at every Ruby Tuesdays. No more chance I am done with this franchise.

Their salad bar is in a terrible place and people use the tongs and place it back on the food with all their germs on tongs spreading throughout salad bar. they need a tong holder on sides or front of bowls. i would say a whole new salad bar set up. also the table we sat at by window had all bugs on window sill and put my hand in a cob web between the table and sill while trying to read the menu… Needs remodeling done terrible throughout. been here 10 years ate there twice in past week. sure wasn’t missing anything.

I wish I could tell you how the food was, or the drinks, or anything really. We were a little surprised at how dead the place was dead during dinner. You’d think we would be able to get at least a glance from an employee. You would be wrong. After 20 minutes of not even being acknowledged we left, stopping to let the hostess know what’s up. Her response? «OK» On second thought, not so surprising that it’s dead. Looks like Mexican tonight.

Their food is a 6 – 7 on a scale of 1 – 10(10 being the best). I’ve been there for luncheons, with my in-laws and mother and a couple times with my son and his girlfriend and more than a few times with just me and hubby. I love their salad bar! Their shrimp pasta is good and my husband«sorta» had 1 semi-overcooked steak but other times loved it. I will always remember the time I accidently left my cashmere sweater there and I called, in a panic, to ask if it was there(gift from my in-law) and they held it for me. They are trustworthy!

I think the bartender would rather be somewhere else. I was going to order, but listening to a guy walking from a table asking for a cold beer, and seeing the«oh well» look from the staff, was interesting.

Way over priced, not that good a food. Drinks had no alcohol. Refused out gift card. Will not be back.

Walked in and the girl at the door was very friendly, took us to our table and a server was there not 30 seconds later asking what we’d like to drink. Fast! Salad bar… I love the salad bar. Everything is fresh, and cold, very good salad bar! And only $ 2.99 with an entrée what a deal! Ordered an appetizer, mozzarella sticks. They came to us HOTANDCRISPY! Most places by the time you get them they’re soggy. These were perfection. I ordered the chicken and broccoli pasta. Sooo good, so creamy, the broccoli was perfectly cooked, still had a crunch and hot! My partner got a turkey burger with fries and potato. He enjoyed it, however he asked for no mayo and no red onion. There was no red onion but there was mayo. But he scraped it to the side and ate the rest! A very good experience! Will absolutely eat here again! This was actually our anniversary dinner. We had chosen a more upscale place in Fairfax but after being in D.C. all day we got back to town and didn’t really feel up to driving north again… So we said«screw it lets go to Ruby Tuesday» and I’m glad we made that choice. It may not be a fancy high dollar place but it doesn’t matter where you go, just matters who your with! Thanks for the great meal!

I only go to these establishments for the unlimited salad bar. The mini sliders are average and the place can accomodate a decent sized party.

Dinner at Ruby Tuesday(#3693) was very disappointing last Sunday. The wait staff was well trained but the kitchen staff left everything to desire. The spinach appetizer was hot but had cold spots. Was it too much to ask to stir it after microwaving the dish? I guess it was. I ate it because I was hungry. I waited for 40 minutes for my main meal of a medium New York steak. At the 30 minute mark, I was told one of my side dishes were out and it would be an additional ten minutes. I was OK with that. It was the overly well done steak that had me settle the bill and leave hungry. I will suggest to you and I have suggested to my friends that they should shut down that dismal place called a restaurant.

It’s what’s for dinner. «Hey honey… I’m gonna be late from work again… lets eat out… I don’t feel like cooking» This is how it starts on the phone with my wife…“what do you feel like??”…(insert long uncomfortable pause…) «I dunno… lets just go to Ruby’s again». I live in this overcrowded village of Govt. workers, contractors, military, suburbanites and redneck Stafford County trailer trash. Good restaurants must scout out this town and say…“Nope…with so many fast food choices… these nice folks couldn’t possibly want upscale fare… lets keep looking”. Oh…but you cynical bastard… there is an Outback in Stafford County. Thanks but you can take a bloomin’ onion and stick it in your exhaust pipe. We go to Ruby’s because… well…I guess it’s ok… I know I don’t have to do the dishes afterward. They have beer there… yay. The staff there is pleasant… but then again, they chose working there over KFC next door… just saying. We go here and go here and keep going. We could try and go North or South to the next town on I95 and join 1.5 million commuters playing stop-n-go like a bunch of bobble head dolls, slowly rolling along like a broken accordion… me…no way dude… I’ll just go down the street to Ruby’s. Bottom line: If they had after dinner mints at the hostess station, I’d throw em another star…

Bartender Angela made our visit nice by bringing us beer. Food was good if not a little too fancy… But a hot bartender sometimes makes all the difference.

Had lunch at Ruby’s close to work. What a disappointment! Earlier I Unilocaled about RT in Leesburg and their burgers. Not wanting a HUGE burger for lunch, I ordered the Minis. In a word«blech.» Dreadful, overcooked, dried out, more bun than needed and nasty hastily applied«toppings» of one pickle slice, mayo and ketchup. Yuck. Yuck. Yuck. In fairness to the Stafford store, I am afraid that this dreadful and pitiful showing is company wide and that they simply prepared the minis’ as instructed. My dining companion had the fruit tea with real fruit in it. So they bring out a glass of iced tea with mango smashed up in the tea. It looked n-a-s-t-y. He drank it and didn’t choke on one of those fruit pieces. So I guess all ended well. Don’t order the minis. Either get the big burger or stick to the salad bar.

The foodie snob in me would say I can’t believe I’m reviewing a chain restaurant, and so positively, but I feel like I should! Stopped here on the way back to Raleigh from DC today(Saturday afternoon). We had GREAT service. The small biscuits that were served before our meal were really good. Think Red Lobster biscuits only with more spices and tinier and tastier. I ordered the Tuscan tilapia with grilled zucchini and white cheddar mash. Husband got the bleu cheese burger with fries. My meal was hot and really really flavorful. Loved the taste of bacon, the spinach, the peppers… the tilapia was cooked perfectly and the crabmeat was very good. Having been terribly disappointed the night before at my old-time fave Kramer’s in DC, this meal was surprisingly very good! Husband really enjoyed his burger(said the only thing missing was a grilled flavor on the burger), and loved the all-you-can-eat fries… he couldn’t resist the offer of more fries. We were further treated to to-go cups of the tea we were drinking. Makes me really re-think going to the Ruby Tuesdays’ near where we live.
