My boyfriend ordered me flowers from here and they didn’t arrive on the date he purchased them for. He called to look into it and was told they were backed up and it would be two weeks before I’d receive them. I went into the shop another time and asked what kind of arrangement I could get for $ 25 — the shop owner said I was«stingy» and she didn’t sell anything for that amount.

Received flowers yesterday morning for Mothers Day from Peg’s. By the evening they had begun to wilt. This morning EVERY flower in the arrangement was dead and drooped over. The arrangement itself I had to re-do once I got it, as it looked kinda thrown together, but I wasnt going to complain until they ALLDIED! I have been calling all afternoon and the line has been busy all day. ***UPDATE*** Changed from 1 to 3 stars. I never did get thru on the phone. It was busy all day, but I sent them an email about what happened. A brand new arrangement was on my steps the next morning.. These were MUCH fresher, much nicer and lasted several days. They made the house smell very pretty. I never did get a call, but at least I got a replacement!

Very disappointing!!! I ordered my mom flower’s for Mother’s Day through FTD since they offered bonus air miles and this was the florist they used. I regularly use 1 – 800 Flowers and every bouquet my mom has received from the florist they use looks almost identical to the photos I’ve selected online. My mom received her flowers yesterday and I honestly think I should have just asked my dad to get flowers from the grocery store for her. I ordered a light pink arrangement with roses, carnations, and Peruvian lilies. My mom received a hot pink and purple carnation arrangement with a few roses stuck in here and there. The flower choices and the arrangement couldn’t have been more poorly done.
