Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Placed an order online(and called them that same day to confirm delivery would be made next day). Next day, no delivery, no note, no phone call. DONOT order from this pathetic excuse for an Edible Arrangements store. Corporate should investigate this store immediately. Franchise owners like this that give the good name of a good corporation a black eye. Buyer beware.

I don’t even live in VA – but this was the closest location to my parents so it popped up when I placed an order through the national edible arrangements site. I didn’t even think I had to look up reviews for the location that was filling my mother’s day order but lesson learned. My parents said the strawberries I sent for my step mom fell apart once they bit into them and tasted like they’d been frozen multiple times and melted right before they were dipped in chocolate. Gross! Even worse they said the ENTIREBASKET was like that! What a waste of $ 40! I was a big edible arrangements fan but I think I’ll be going the Shari’s berries route from now on or just no fruit, especially if the order has to be fulfilled in the Stafford area.

Just terrible! You are risking your money and most certainly your time dealing with this company. The owner clearly is clueless. Imagine not being able to deliver to a DOCTOR’S OFFICE in the middle of the day!!! Imagine NOT calling the person who ordered the arrangement to advise him they are having difficulty delivering. Imagine it taking over two hours for anyone to make contact with me looking for help in making the delivery. This place is just not worth the worry or the aggravation. «We can deliver it tomorrow!» Great, a day old«fresh fruit» arrangement and what the hell makes them think they can deliver it tomorrow when they couldn’t deliver it today? I am just stunned at the unprofessional approach of the owner. «We tried calling their cell phone» was her first excuse. ITIS A DOCTOR’S office they have secretaries and an answering service when the office is closed, so the owner of Edible Arrangements LIEDTOME. STAYAWAYFROMTHESECLOWNS!

I placed an online order which was not filled for several days because the recipient wasn’t home when the delivery guy went by. They left a «Sorry we missed you» note, but they left it on the ground so my friend didn’t see it initially. I received no update about the delivery of my order and when I called about it, the woman I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. My friend eventually received her fruit treat, but she had to call the store herself. Maybe if you pick up the order in person your experience will be different. You will be unable to send something from this store as a surprise.

DONOTORDERFROMTHEM!!! Cannot stress that enough. BF ordered something for me to be delivered on 2÷14÷14 and it is now 2÷17÷2014 and still no delivery or even a phone call from them. I do understand that we had a snow storm on 2⁄12 going into 2⁄13 but our order was put on the truck for delivery according to the tracking update. We have tried calling the store numerous times, waiting on hold for up to 15 mins each time and no answer. Their 800 number can’t get ahold of the store either. You can’t even cancel the order if u wanted to because u have to talk to the actual store. Took our money and no clue what’s going on with order. Would give them no stars if I could. Buyer beware, especially for a holiday delivery. UPDATE: The store finally contacted us. The driver Jennifer said they turned the phones off all weekend so that they could catch up on the deliveries. Great customer service there. As for our delivery on the 14th she said that since it was going to the Marine Base and they heard it was closed(base opened at noon on the 14th) that they didn’t even attempt delivery. Umm… our order status all day was out for delivery. If you couldn’t make the delivery, a simple phone call would have worked. He was more than willing to pick it up. UPDATE: I physically went to the store to find out about the status of my order. According to their computer they attempted to deliver my order on the 2⁄14 around 2pm and that it was a failed attempt so it went back to the store and it was my fault. I was still at work at that time and no Edible Arrangement deliveries were made. So, now the driver is lying about her attempts to make deliveries to cover themselves. I wonder how many others are in this boat. I asked for a refund but the only person authorized to do a full refund is the manager. So now I still can’t wipe my hands free of this mess. 3 days later still no Edible or refund.

My husband ordered something for me to be delivered the day before valentines day. We had a big snow storm. I get it and understand. Because of this they left him a message saying it had to be Friday Valentines day the sent it. Unfortunately I had plans. I wasn’t going to be home. So that didn’t work for me. He called all morning for hours literally calling to see if we can pick up, never an answer. Fast forward to 12:20 I walk in and no surprise it’s busy. They were taking a customers order and told her it’d be ready by 3. The lady in front of me was next. When walking up to the counter they said were not taking anymore orders. The lady was upset she waited and they didn’t seem to care. After that every customer that walked in was yelled at by saying«we aren’t taking anymore orders» when I walked up and explained i wanted to pick up my order they had my husbands name under«Ronaldo» his name is Robert. I told them we’d been calling all morning and he said something about it wasn’t his problem they’re busy. The guy cont. to be rude said it was already on the truck and if no one was home they’d leave it there. Really outside. No. When asking if I can pick it up later and get my 12 $ delivery fee refunded they said no. I canceled all together. I’ll drive to Fredericksburg if I have to. Way to ruin a present.

Lied to us about a Mother’s Day delivery. Stated they tried to deliver, but nobody was home. We were home all day with door open. They never attempted delivery and LIED about it.
