Was very clean, service was really good. The cashier was very polite, engaging, and had great customer service. I wish I would have kept my receipt to acknowledge her properly. If customer service could be like this from all of McDonald’s restaurants, rhat would be great. I like their Sundays and it’s my guilty treat with lots of peanuts. Keep up the good work.

This is one of THOSE McDonald’s in which you do your best to sit at the least dirty table but will also likely have to wipe it down with napkins anyways. Also, there will be 30 people in the back working, simultaneously 30 people will be in line while nobody is at the register. If you are on travel you might want to keep driving

I ordered a pumpkin cream pie and received a ½ eaten pie. A bite was taken out of it and put back in the box and sold to a customer. Nasty!

I live close by, so this McDonalds is usually an option for me, just to swing through the drive thru for a Diet Coke. I haven’t been back for over a week when I sat in the drive thru line for over 5 minutes without even moving. I was about 6th in line, so I went ahead and left. Also, their smoothly machine has been down for MONTHS!!!

Stopped for a soda and bathroom break. The ladies’ room was filthy. There was paper everywhere and no trash can. Only one stall had toilet paper. The manager was standing outside the bathroom playing with her phone. When told that there was no toilet paper, she said that they were out of it. When told that the bathroom was filthy, she said, «Yeah, I know. I’m waiting for everyone to get out so we can clean it.» However, there was a constant flow of customers. Perhaps a simple«I’m sorry, we need to close the bathroom briefly to keep it clean for our customers» would have worked… Unpleasant.

The staff is very unprofessional. Just standing at the register and looking at a customer is not the proper way to conduct business, and neither is just looking at the customer to indicate their food was on the counter. The service was slow for it being morning with only 2 customers… I will not be going to this restaurant anymore. It is by far the worst service I have received at a fast food restaurant in this area.

I visited this McDonalds at 950pm I think it’s open 24 hours. I ordered an ice coffee and 1 sugar cookie. The young lady at the counter mentions do you want to buy 3 for 99 cents? I said no thank you I just want one. She says each one cost 76 cents which is wrong they cost 39 cents… When I show up to the window I wait about 5 minutes and another Young lady mentions your total is 11.99. I said I only ordered an ice coffee and a cookie. She says oh… And I have to wait another 5 minutes for my drink to be made. To top it all off the cashier says we’re out of straws sir I’m sorry… What type of McDonalds runs out of straws? Can they do something right?

This is the type of McD’s location that gives the chain the bad reputation that is has. You know the type: 1. Chaotic ordering process seemingly without any set lines. 2. You ask for things to be made a certain way(burger without pickles) and naturally that request is ignored since of course at McD’s customizing things is way, way too much to ask. 3. Full garbage cans & spilled soda left hanging around for who knows how long? 4. Like a DOT road work crew, there are ten employees in the back and only two seem to be moving, paying attention or are capable of fogging a mirror. My best piece of advice here would be if you’re hungry and in the area, you should either consider the drive thru as the inside is depressing or consider starving as you and your colon will come out ahead in the end.

I live 1 mile away from this place. I know since it’s off the highway it can get busy. But this place is horrible. The people that work there are rude. They never have something or I’ve cream machine is always broken. Once the made us wait 25 minutes(we already paid) for mcchickens. Really?! We get home & they forgot one along with fries. Went there today at 1029am. Asked if they were serving breakfast. Answer: yes. 3 minutes later after ordering are told they just shut breakfast down. Waste of time. I’m never going back. Rather go to the mcdonalds that a little further then that one.

I went through Drive-Thru so can’t comment on the inside. Fast service, HOT food, happy customer. I don’t frequent fast food joints, so if I’m going to eat it, I like when it’s a visit like this one.
