BUYERBEWARE. I received a defective machine from CPAP.COM and they refused to refund my money after I sent it back. I owned the machine for a few weeks and reported it was uneven flow and not functioning properly, then it died. The staff is rude, indifferent, they don’t call you back with a status update after you send machine back. Then after nearly 2 months of waiting, they said it had water damage and my warranty voided. This is a lie. Stay away from this business. They will scam you. Customer service is terrible. They will recommend the wrong items and they take no responsibility for it.

I ordered the DeVilbiss Intellipap Auto Ajust machine, and also purchased the data card module and software. The ordering experience was easy, the price was comparable to others, and the order was easy to pick up. I ran into a problem when Memorial Hermann Home Medical Equipment and Sleep Disorders Clinic where my therapy is managed stated that they do not recommend this machine, and therefore did not have the software needed to download the data and couldn’t get it. Therefore, I have to download my own data, print my own report, and take it to the clinic with me because I cannot return the machine and use memorial hermann’s recommended machine. I don’t recommend intentionally taking this approach because it’s expensive, requires certain tech capabilities, and you will ultimately wind up trying to interpret your own data which is something the patient should not do. This happened as a result of me «jumping the gun», trying to find a decent priced machine while waiting to hear from memorial hermann home health. The site says they will contact your doctor and obtain your prescription, so I entered the information for the doctor that ordered the sleep study. According to the doctor, he did not do the paperwork. But someone did, and to this day no one knows who. So I’m not saying did it, but no one knows. Another issue that I have is the amount of junk email I get from them. If I had it to do over again, I would have done things differently.

Love this place! My mother uses CPAP and I always buy whatever she needs here. It is so easy! Just make a call and they will have it ready for you. :D

When calling, on hold for 10 minutes. Said they would call me back, no call after 48 hours. Asked to talk to a supervisor, none available. Be very careful of this place! Owner says he is «christian», me thinks not. Is it in Texas or Washington?

I tried over 5 times and hours to make the same purchase with another company(Apria H) and with it took me about 20 minutes. I asked Siri and I got their number. I was tired of shopping and all the BS. Yes, I was trying to get a good deal but when push came to deliver, made it happen. Ha ha! Anyway, I got Kristan, Customer Service, almost immediately and didn’t need to go through voice tree hell and was able to get the unit purchased with almost no difficulty. I got free shipping except for my expedited request and an upgrade due to an out of stock issue. I really thought that Kristan was incredibly professional and almost thought she was a robot dialect voice system. Ha ha! I did call back for explanation on the returns and warranty due to other people’s comments and the explanation did make sense. If I would recommend anything, it would be to state the return policy when the person orders especially because CPAP machines can be expensive. I did out of pocket so I was thrilled to have finally completed what should have been this easy from the beginning. I’ll be back!!! Do your homework first before calling so you can avoid getting upset. I do reserve the right to revise my review once I get my machine. Price was fair.

Be VERY careful if you order from this site. First, prices are ridiculous, and if you want to be able to return ANYTHING that you’ve opened, you can’t do it unless you pay even more for«return insurance», EVENIFTHEITEMISDEFECTIVE. I ordered a battery kit for my S9, and it turned out that even for almost $ 700(which is more than my S9 cost!), the thing didn’t come with a cord to charge it!!! CPAM.com’s return policy information states that they won’t refund products because it’s unsanitary — which makes sense for things like masks and humidifiers. It makes NOSENSE for batteries.

Good prices, was recommended via my doctor after he found out how much Cigna’s CareCentrix was charging me per month. Purchased a Fisher & Paykel ICONCPAP machine less than 1 ½ months ago and recently started getting error message 5.03 on it. Called and this is why they only get 3 stars: There is no swap program while your machine is being serviced. Initially the customer service associate told me to send it in to them, and they would spend about a week looking at it and then send it to F&P if necessary. The turnaround for F&P would be 3 to 6 weeks. That’s basically almost 2 months without my CPAP machine. I mentioned to the CS assoc. that I don’t wear this contraption because I like it, I wear it because it’s a medical necessity. He then mentioned a loaner program, but I would have to rent the equipment. If my coffee maker goes bad, either Cuisinart or KitchenAide will send me a new one, along with a box to send the old one back. I guess that’s not how it works with medical equipment here in the US.
