From start to finish, I can’t tell you how impressed I was with Larry and Comfort Control. I got estimates from other companies but Comfort Control was the most professional, hands down. The whole process was seamless and we could not be happier with our new HVAC system.
Larry’s team went out of their way to get our new system in even before our agreed installation date and they made small subtle suggestions and changes (raised pad, reconfiguration on attic unit for better air flow, and additional air intake) that other companies didn’t even consider. It was nice to see dedication and standard for excellence.
I highly recommend Comfort Control and would hope that before you go for the larger and flashier companies, you give them a call.

From setting up appointments to selecting just the right system to its really thorough installation… one word kept coming to mind with my experience with Larry and Comfort Control… PROFESSIONAL… I really expected the experience of selecting and having a brand new heat pump system to be akin to having a tooth pulled. Larry and his helper (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) to Kathleen in the office made the whole process a whole lot less painful than anticipated. The installation was one of the most professional installs I’ve seen on anything I’ve had done to my house. My daughter’s fiancée used to install HVAC systems all over the DC area and he was totally impressed with the job Larry’s team did. They went out of their way to ensure the job was done right. Even going as far as digging up tree roots that had made their way underneath the old system so that the outside part of the system be installed on the the most level piece of ground… Larry’s helper dug through and yanked out some heavy roots to make a perfectly level pad site. Larry took extra steps to ensure that the inside unit including all external fixtures such as drain lines sat as far back as possible to allow for the installation of cabinet enclosure doors. Nice neat touch…
