I’ve had a few issues in the past where being friendly has been taken advantage of for customer service. I’m done dealing with this business for good after the most recent. I went in to get a gun safe a week before Christmas and they were out, I told them no problem I understand, can they order me one and to call when it came in. I was told it was an auto order and they would put it aside. A week later I called and was told the wrong one came in and they would call me. Another week forward I called and was told they weren’t sure what was going on and they would check as soon as they got off the phone, order it if needed, and call me and let me know. Fast forward a week later to today, still no call, I go to the store and ask was it ordered? The reply was its on back order. I asked when they were going to call, reply was we’ve been busy. No problem, cancel it, I’ll take my business elsewhere, I’m done dealing with this bad customer service.

I went both days on my visit to Missouri great place everyone should visit the most important part is the whole staff, I was giving the Royal treatment from the minute I walked in to the minute I left I will visit in October with my with thank you for an amazing time @ your facility!!!
