Living here has been amazing, and the best decision my boyfriend and I made. It’s a quiet neighborhood, very relaxing and it’s so close to Publix for food shopping. Parking can be difficult if you don’t have a garage or if you are like us and have 3 cars. Either way, living here is worth it. Prices are a bit high, but you truly get what you pay for I love our home.

My husband and I have lived at the Reserve at Gateway for 2+ years. Jackie Craig, who was the leasing agent that helped us when we first moved in provided a welcome basket and card. She has been always there to help us whenever we had a maintenance request or a question. She always provides friendly, excellent customer service. I am so happy that she was recently promoted to manager as she definitely deserves it. We lived in the 2BD/2BA/1G townhome and loved the space and the convenience of having an attached garage. It is a bit pricey and for the last too years we were able to afford it. With rent increases it’s too much of a stretch now. But hey if you can afford it — it’s worth the price. The neighbors are nice. The kids in the neighborhood seem to get along because they are always outside playing and having fun. The parking is sufficient I guess but we having has to park anywhere but our garage and driveway. The landscaping and maintenance of the building are always on point. Paying on line is an awesome feature. And the location is very convenient to beaches and to tampa. The high ceilings are phenomenal. Our town home is 3 floors and each floor has vaulted ceilings. I believe 11 or 12 feet high. I can rave more about this place but I think you get the picture. I guess my only complaint is the steep prices.
