T-Mobile

Well!!! I was with boost. I know no simple and it sucked although my plan was only 40 a month but the phone was useless… so tmobile uses sim cards … yay!!!
OK so I don’t have that great of a phone I didn’t want to spend 600…
I got the 60 $ plan and they promise I can use it in Canada woohoo so for that I’m grateful and excited and my plan will never go up and yes I can see where the staff should be a little bit more interested and I know there is a lot of people waiting behind me for quite a long time for them to set up the plan somebody needs organizer computer system just a wee bit better to make it a lot simpler I know that there was a lady standing there from the store that was waiting to get change from them and ended up leaving which stops ok but the customers that were kept waiting because they were so busy and kind of crazy still getting it for me I’m all set up now welcome to T-​Mobile

I just left the T Mobile store in Saint Petersburg Florida. 4^th St location. I went to pay a bill. The clerk asked he could help me while he was drinking a Monster drink and texting on his phone. He continued doing this thru the whole process. This sales clerk looked like a bum as well. Sloppy looking and ignorant.
Come on T Mobile let’s tighten up.

Walked into the store where there was one associate helping a customer. The only acknowledgement I received was a «we’ll be right with you» which never happened. As another associate walked out from the back, she helped a customer who walked in after me. Okay I understand she didn’t see me or thought I was already helped, fine. Another associate, who I wasn’t sure if he worked there (no Tmobile shirt or nametag) was messing with a product display, didn’t say hi, or offer assistance. Meanwhile the first associate is still chit chatting with a customer about rock climbing well after the purchase was complete. He never once informed the other associates that I still needed assistance and that I was before the several other people who had walked in. It really shows what kind of management and lack of caring these people have, especially considering they do get Commission on their sales. Went to Parkside location, spent my $ 700 where where I felt valued and had a great experience.

Very nice, convenient location in st. pete and super friendly staff. T-​Mobile is still a large corporation but I think you get better results by going into a location and talking to real people. I’ve gotten a couple upgrades here… and I know the staff at this tmobile is what keeps me loyal for 8 years and counting. Great customer service and very tech knowledgeable staff.

My first experience at this store was definitely five-​star — staff was friendly, helpful, chatty — AWESOME. I went in today and maybe they all got bit by zombies and therefore are left without souls or brains? Yikes. Exact same staff, but everyones eyes were literally glazed over and they were beyond disinterested with my concerns. So far beyond disinterested, I would up that to annoyed that I was there. I had originally bought my G2 there, but it had recently been stolen, so I went there to activiate my replacement phone. Again, they seemed annoyed. After activating my phone (which seriously, they acted like they were doing me a favor), I said I was going to shop around for a case. I was told «There’s only one left on that rack there *points tiredly*». I went to «that rack there» and couldn’t find anything labeled as my exact phone so picked up the one that looked closest and asked «Will this work on my phone?» and was told «That’s not even the right phone — its a totally different phone from your phone!» Yikes. Whoa. Settle down, bub.
Going forward, I’ll feel more comfortable with the TMobile staff at any local Walmart as opposed to these TMobile representantives. Heck, I’ll feel more comfortable dealing with someone dealing phones out of the trunk of their car.
